Hello support! I have this command:

${user} just drank a coke. Viewers have drunk ${count <coke>} cokes during the stream.

I’d like to have the following command where a viewer can buy a coke for all current viewers of the stream and it increments the <coke> number to include all viewers. Here’s what I’ve got for the command but it doesn’t seem to work:

${user} just generously bought a coke for all ${channel.viewers} viewers! Viewers drunk ${count <coke> + ${channel.viewers}} times during the stream.

Any idea what I might have done wrong? Is this possible to do? Please advise and thanks!

how can I see what caused my stream to restart mid stream (1 hour in), OBS showed original time counter of livetime, but the stream counter started over and after I quit streaming I see that the stream is cut in 2 different VOD files..

6) type in the console this: store.customBot.removeCustomBotIntegration() and hit enter
7) Try setting the custom bot name
8) remove the added addition of step 1

so im having an issue with the bots response feature thing, i have it setup so that when someone follows, i get a notification in chat, but recently that hasnt been happening

the bot doesnt respoind

i didnt change any of the settings from the last time i had it working (when it broke) but i have tried several things since then, still havent gotten it to work

also a side bug that is pretty irrelevant but still there, my viewers have all been watching my channel for "0 seconds" according to the bot, any thoughts? (!watchtime command)

Having an issue going live on Twitch. I usually stream on Facebook but am trying to go live on twitch right now and every time I hit Start Streaming, it tries to get me to go live on FB. Both Accounts are linked and I went into Settings and chose Twitch with the proper stream key. Not sure what else could be causing this

Hi guys, so I have a new problem that suddenly appeared and I don't really know how to fix it. I have TTS activated when someone resubs, also with bits. Now when someone resubs my TTS pops like 3 times in different voices but it only happens with resubs, not with bits. I'm trying to find a place in SE Dashboard etc to view a list of events created by a widget that is part of a sponsored promotion through SE. So when a viewer does the task, it plays and animation, displays their name, and increments a goal counter. This all works correctly. I'm just wondering if there is a place to view a list of historical events after the animation has passed.

There are a few places you can edit the text color for different kinds of text within the alert @sacred narwhal for example, you see that secondary text in that picture right below where it is white. You might be changing the color in the wrong section. Look in the alert where green might still be configured and change that.

🔹 On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select "Join" under bot settings. If it says "Part" select that and then select "Join" to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
🔹 Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

You can give is your name, so we can activate the option for the tool GroundControl. You still need to have that tool (GroundControl) running then.

Make sure you meet these requirements for the custom bot name:

• StreamElements bot modded and in chat

• StreamElements tipping page in the panels below the stream (!panels)
• OBS.Live or Ground Control open
• Create a twitch account for the name you want to use or run the bot under your own name
• Custom bot name doesn't work on Mac

Hello, I had sent in an email yesterday mentioning that I was having trouble with my overlay alert sounds. When I'm streaming my alert sounds will either play again 30 seconds after, 1 second after, or on top of each other. It doesn't happen when testing the sounds, it only happens when I'm streaming. I've gone through and removed the extra browser sources to see if that would fix it, and I've even checked to disable it while not on scene. I'm pretty lost at this point.

• Merging accounts only allows faster ways to switch between accounts
• Merging accounts does not allow data sharing between accounts - different streaming platforms, different type of events
• Merging accounts allows duplicating/sharing overlays between the accounts
  If you understand the limitations of merging and want to proceed, please find the JWT tokens (!jwt) from both accounts you want to merge and you will be directed to DM them to a staff member.

@wind moat Due to changes to Twitch API, we have filtered out hosts and will only show these ones on your activity feed:

• All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
  Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.
  Note for Mixer streamers: The above 2 filters currently apply for Mixer and we are aware its actually not how Mixer hosts work. We do plan on changing it, but no ETA on when.

🔹 Visit https://streamelements.com/logout and then log in again with by connecting with Twitch.
🔹 On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select "Join" under bot settings. If it says "Part" select that and then select "Join" to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
🔹 Post your old and your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

On my friends dashboard (streamelements website), the followers/tips/hosts/raids/subs is just blank. Also no graphs to be seen.
Streamelements is a moderator in his chat. The activity feed is working, just an empty dashboard.
If i go to my own dashboard, everything is working fine. The !subs command is working for me, but not counting his amount of subs. It's just 0.

I'm not sure where this should go but i need help with my overlays. I use obs.live for streaming mainly. When i have my overlays and i want to swap from Gameplay to BRB or another one it takes around 30 seconds to load the overlay on OBS. I thought studio mode would make it pre load the overlay but it didn't help at all. It required me to change scenes for it to detect as an active overlay. is there a way to set them to load faster so i don't have a black screen on my talking scenes

if anybody has a suggestion, I still am having problems getting sound alerts on my main pc when streaming from my stream pc. If you leave an overlay tabbed it doesnt play blackground sound

@sudden barn The whole overlay or a separate overlay with just your alert box? If it's the latter, then it makes sense because there's no alert running. You don't want to show your alert box when no alert is running. Also, make sure to use Google Chrome as your browser

Idk what youre trying to do, but you should have the video on whatever youre streaming, and inside the browser source of that

Im having issues too with my !sr link as well, only mods can request songs and when a viewer does it, it says could not add song: the requested song is too long. But when a mod puts in the same link it works fine.

it works for mods just not viewers.

so what we have been doing is having the viewers put the link to the songs they want to hear and we do the !sr for them
