I am streaming for St. Jude, have Tiltify linked to SE Editor, tests fine under Other > Tiltify, but alerts will not show on stream.

Last night received donation in linked video within 30 seconds of saved timestamp, tracker that is separate from SE updated, but no alert at all. This is 3rd stream this has happened with no alerts...please help

1) Right click on your OBS desktop shortcut -> properties - in the "Target" field add this -> --remote-debugging-port=40404
2) Open OBS(or restart if it was open)
3) Open your browser and type in "localhost:40404"
4) Click on "StreamElements - Activity feed"
5) navigate to the Console tab
6) type in the console this: store.customBot.removeCustomBotIntegration

You fixed my problem with the volume of sub variations not changing so thanks! But the goal widget by Mr. Boost has a volume setting that doesn't look like the variations, but you can change it. It's just that it is not saving (like the save button won't work if I change only the volume for it). i was wondering if there was a fix

We don't use passwords, we use oauth login method - basically we log you into our dashboard based on the currently logged in twitch account on your PC.

As for the email - if you've updated it on your Twitch account simply logout and login again in our dashboard.

That's a twitch thing. You simply get them as they hand them out to people. Restarting might work sometimes but unless you're partner it's a crapshoot.

A bit more information.
The quality options are encoder slots from Twitch - partners have priority and Affiliates get them on first-come-first-serve basis.
Unless you manage to get I believe 100+ viewers watching you or 75+, not really sure on the threshold then you will get the quality options for sure.

I'm not 100% sure if its 75+ or 100+ viewers as affiliate to always have the quality options

Due to Windows' limitations, using multiple displays with different refresh rates will cause performance issues in hardware-accelerated applications, including OBS. You can fix this by setting all displays to the same refresh rate. An easier solution may be to simply use monitors that all have the same refresh rate.
This problem is fixed in the upcoming 20H1 Windows 10 release, which is currently available in beta via the Windows Insider 'Slow' ring. It's expected to roll out to users in the coming months.

Then you probably overloaded your GPU. Limiting frames is always a good way to start since uncapped frames cause a lot of weird problems. At least your issue is solved

Working through setting up my first streams. Do I need anything else besides Streamlabs OBS and StreamElements? Based on research, it seems like StreamElements covers my chat (bot, song request, etc.) needs and donation needs. And Streamlabs OBS would cover my actual streaming, alert, and overlay needs? Or does StreamElements do alert and overlay for twitch too?

And for our overlay/alerts we recommend using OBS Studio as Streamlabs is known to sometimes block our stuff from working with their software.

Hello! I had my first stream on SteamElements today after streaming on Streamlabs for almost a year and I have had two issues.

• One, for some reason Host alerts didn't work? They would display in Twitch chat but not in the Activity feed, nor trigger an alert.
• After about two hours of streaming, my sound started to stutter, but just my sound. The frames were fine, the bitrate looked ok, yet my sound was stuttering constantly.

🔹 On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select "Join" under bot settings. If it says "Part" select that and then select "Join" to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
🔹 Post your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

In length, I recently made the switch to Twitch from Mixer. As I have been disabling my Mixer side of things, I noticed that I was given two different tip URLs...

  Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.
  Note for Mixer streamers: The above 2 filters currently apply for Mixer and we are aware its actually not how Mixer hosts work. We do plan on changing it, but no ETA on when.

After I set my security level of the chat bot and other settings, then enable the bot on my twitch account (and see confirmation in the actual twitch channel chat log), do I need to do anything else? @tired sun To add your overlays to OBS, add a new browser source in your scene. Paste your overlay URL in the browser source properties, set the dimensions to 1920x1080 (unless you changed them on the website), and ☑ “Shutdown source when not visible” https://youtu.be/KDvLynUqXI4
