@sleek crane 10 minutes of watchtime are given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled for watchtime to work properly.
There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

@pearl flint there is not a "easy" way but you can go to the editor and then click on the assets that you want and right click on in and select "-Inspect Element" (the very last option) it will show the dev console and then you can move arround the HTML until you get the url of the asset.

I had no issue the day prior and as soon as I switched to this service from streamlabs my viewers could not use their bits.

@thin narwhal 10 minutes of watchtime are given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled for watchtime to work properly.
There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

@hollow hamlet for redemptions to show up/play you'll need to the redemption widget to your overlay. Add that overlay to OBS and close the SE editor before you test it, other you'll hear the sound doubling up.
You can disable the chat alert under https://streamelements.com/dashboard/bot-modules - but you can't disable the redemption confirmation message (yet), if the item was redeemed via chat
(if it's redeemed from the store page, then it won't show up)

- There seems to be a weird page cutoff at the bottom when using Chrome (It's a little better on Firefox) I made multiple tests with other users and everyone's having the same issue. It's not really noticeable if you don't have multiple command pages or long list of Timers that require you to scroll down. It's not a huge issue, but the only way to see all the text is by zooming out to about 75-80% making the text annoyingly small.
- Site theme is off, and similar to the above not a huge deal, but annoying to look at / Navigate. I've mentioned this before but no one seemed to know that there used to be a greyed out theme that fit everything better and the UI was much cleaner and easier to use. (I'll attach a screenshot) Would be great if we can choose between the themes since it seems like every other part of the site jumps between the two.
- When a new command is created we no longer see if there's a similar name & similar commands don't show up as you're making the new one, would be super cool if we got the old command dashboard back or at least had the option to view recently created commands instead of Alphabetical, cost, time etc.
- Public leaderboard doesn't show watch time, I don't know if this is intentional but a staff told me that it probably is, and I'm not sure why that should be the case. (some clarity would be great) It does show points, and all time points though.
- There's a bug with the user management section, where if you change the pre-given roles for someone the bot will not exclude their role when you make a blacklisted term. ie: User uses (blacklisted term) but the role they have is excluded in the module

Both of those sections are at 50% zoom out, one still cuts off, and the other completely zooms out and shows the entire thing. Next screenshot is the old theme which fit the whole site, not this blue mumbo jumbo going on (no offense to design team)

- All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
- Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.
Note for Mixer streamers: The above 2 filters currently apply for Mixer and we are aware its actually not how Mixer hosts work. We do plan on changing it, but no ETA on when.

When i open it on my pc and click the overlay it takes me to a webpage
i just want to put my overlay from that webpage onto the pc app itself

if you have the overlay on the website from StreamElements you can add it like this:

usually you could disable browser hardware acceleration
but that option isn't available on mac i believe
i do not have any experience on mac

OK, so I'm having a recurring issue with the Web interface. I mod for multiple channels, and now, whenever I try to switch to one of my managed channels, I get stuck in a loop to a "welcome-back" redirect page which just loops me back to this:
If I click "My Dashboard" , I get redirected to the "welcome-back" url, then right back here. And just for the record, I cleared my cache and cookies

So, just to address @jade remnant and my exchange, yes it does...where I was accused of "Crying like a kid" after your support guy failed to read my posts thoroughly; furthermore, if it's a known enough issue that you have a rapid response to it "incognito mode" then why hasn't the issue been addressed? This all started when you folks "updated" your merch store and have been pushing it. Maybe try user friendly support? Just sayin. Take care!

you can start with always running OBS in admin mode, that will allow windows to allocate more resources to it

- Active overlay with alerts
- StreamElements tipping page in the panels below the stream (!panels)
- OBS.Live or Ground Control open
- Create a twitch account for the name you want to use or run the bot under your own name
- Custom bot name doesn't work on Mac
