You can't unselect the profile and scene collection you're currently using. But you can choose to include additional ones in your backup.

• All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
  Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.
  Note for Mixer streamers: The above 2 filters currently apply for Mixer and we are aware its actually not how Mixer hosts work. We do plan on changing it, but no ETA on when.

Why do I not hear any game audio when using OBS Studio with Razer Ripsaw?

Check that in OBS Studio, the audio setting is set to "Output desktop audio" rather than the default "Capture audio only."

In addition, OBS Studio works slightly different from OBS Standard, in that you will have to add the Razer Ripsaw under Audio Settings. See this thread here for more possible info Adding Extra Audio Channel in OBS Studio.

TLDR; I think I found a bug with a stream perk, this is the third time I'm reporting it and I actually have some free time today to get to the bottom of it.

I'm not sure if anyone remembers my problem but a sound effect from a stream perk plays when I put in different commands.
Stream Perk name: First Garf - Plays stupid gif of Garfield and sound effect "I know my caffeine" with a laugh track.
No chat command associated with it, at the moment you redeem by typing "buy firstgarf" or "redeem firstgarf"

I've tried deleting the stream perk and the sound effect continues to play randomly when: other stream perks are redeemed, an alert is triggered, just "!" is typed into chat

Currently just the stream perks being bought are triggering it, I'm using "!Corey" and "!jammin" to test it. The stream perk is currently deleted but I plan on reuploading it when this is fixed.

🔹 On the right side of the dashboard page that opens, select "Join" under bot settings. If it says "Part" select that and then select "Join" to send the bot to the chat. Don't forget to mod the bot by typing /mod streamelements in your channel if you have not already.
🔹 Post your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

Hello! I was asked to post here after reaching out to your twitter via DM. My issue has been happening for some time now and the steps that were recommended to me on how to solve it hasn't helped. So I'm hoping I can get some guidance here!
Every time I launch OBStreamElements, I get an error saying "Failed to Authenticate with Twitch: Failed to get token from remote" even though everything is verified & authorized in the settings.

So the extension is working on its own server where it gathers this data that is apart from the data we gather for the dashboard.

Meaning that it might have cached in some emotes and it needs a day or two to refresh it self.

🔹 Post your new name here so that we can update your channel's chatstats tracking (must be done by staff).

There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

Alright. I am deeply confused. Yesterday I was able to stream 'The Division 2' with no problems. Today it only shows a black screen. This has happened after updating Elements OBS just a little bit ago. No settings changed. I have a scene of 'Game Feed' with sources of 'Overlay' and then 'Game Capture' with 'The Division 2' selected. Other games work, and I can stream those.

@viscid sorrel These are two different cam frame image widgets the top left is 4:3 and the lower left is 16:9.
You can dupicate widgets, by selecting them and hit the two papers with the red dot in the layers tab.
Also in the layers you can activate and deactivate the layers with the eye symbol next to the name.

thanks benno, actually i was annoyed that the buy command i could not find and it was also being used by a rimworld addon. fortunately i found the buy command was tied to the redeem command, so i just removed that part.
