You have to choose. Do you want Display Capture OR Game and Window Capture? You're on a laptop, meaning that you cannot have the best of both worlds.
A quote from the second troubleshoot guide:
OBS can only run on one of these GPUs, but your open applications and games could be running on either. For example, if OBS is running on the Intel GPU, you will not be able to use Game Capture for your games running on the discrete (NVIDIA or AMD) GPU. Additionally, if OBS is not running on the discrete GPU, you might run into performance issues. In rare cases, trying to capture a game running on a different GPU than OBS can cause the game to crash. This is not really an issue with OBS, but rather a design choice by laptop manufacturers in order to save power and there's little that can be done on our side.

To use the Audio Monitoring feature, click Edit -> Advanced Audio Properties and set Audio Monitoring to either Monitor Only, or Monitor and Output. Monitor Only will not output that device's audio to your stream/recording. Audio for that device will be played out of your system default device, unless otherwise specified in Settings -> Audio -> Advanced.

- If you've received the tips, did you check your paypal account if the transactions are there?

I have unpublished these 2 items. The max size said 2000x2000 and that's what I used. However, if you look at the photo, you will see the T-Shirt logo is large, Hoodie Logo small. I purchased a T-Shirt to see how it came out. The logo was small, which does not look like the picture across the front. It is small and if that is the case, should be placed over left side (Over Heart) etc. Granted, the T-Shirt ordered was a small, but still the logo was centered and very small. I am not happy with that. The Hoodie logo looks small in the photo but that's what it looks like on the T-Shirt.. small. I will not publish these items until the "Quality is what we are about" slogan used to entice me to sell merch.

- All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
- Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.

- Ground Control does not have Custom Bot Name
- Subscriber count will count the Channel and any other permanent sub you may have (+1 or +2 or +3 on top).
We are working on fixing both issues, but there is no ETA.

We were able to get loyalty points enabled in stream elements, and last night it was automatically handing out points, but we were still unable to manually give out points. !setpoints and !addpoints just don't seem to work. Is there something else that needs to be enabled to get this to work?

@lament blade From what I've gotten (And had thought was the answer anyways) this isn't possible. You might be able to choose a random user and an amount that a mod would manually manage between the 2 but nothing beyond that.

Speaking of Merch Store not sure where to report bugs as there isn't a chat for that, but I found when attempting to add a "Kiss Cut Sticker" as the 12th item on your Merch Store, it does not load the Editing tool. I have confirmed all the other items work, just not the sticker.

she has this command like !<name>, this in turn makes Streamelements bot write !so <name>, and this in turn is another custom command that writes a message with the streamer link. She has a few of these written, and they seem to work except one, @kind palm I sugest you share a video with an example of when it works and when it doesn't

@tough nimbus if i click specific assets in the main rotator tab i only get display times and delays. and then there's animations and positions. in the Layers tab i only get visibility and lock/unlock... as i said, i might just be blind, but i can't seem to find it under any of them ๐คทโโ๏ธ

Ah, in that case I don't think so as I believe that typically is used for Images and Gifs. The only suggestion I have is taking the video file and quick editing it to mute the audio

2) Add an item that has these settings on it:
- Stream Perk
- Loyalty settings to your desire
- (Next step) Add contents (image and/or sound you want to play)
- "Redeeming this item shows an alert
- Redemable via chat
- Skip Requirements
- Get the item name/command from the 2nd creation page
- Go to commands page here: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/bot/commands/custom
- Add command with desired name and have response for command as: ${redeem item_name_here} also go to advanced settings and on command keyword add the words you want it to trigger
- Go to your overlays and edit the overlay you use.
- Click on "widgets" and add "Store redemptions" widget. Click save and you should be golden.
- Test your own command in chat and have OBS or editor open to hear sound
