So if you have a 2 second sound and an 8 second alert, that's 6 seconds of quiet before TTS.

That's the problem then.
Third one (as you can see) puts the text below your image. The second one next to and the first one over it.

We are looking into it. No ETA on a fix yet.

I think they are just talking about on the twitch side of things. You upload a graphic in the twitch account settings that will display like a banner where you video normally would be when you're offline.

Moving my chatbox from Streamlabs to a stream elements source. Worked OK as part om an existing overlay, but when I tried to recreate as a standalone overlay that i could use in different positions on different games / screen the chat didn't show up. Played with all the properties I could as well as layer positions to no avail.
Any suggestions?

when in your existing overlay ,on the left side when you clicc on "your chat" to edit right above you will see like lil box with a red dot on top that will duplicate your existing chat widget and move it to another overlay so you can set your position elsewhere

@spring lake 10 minutes of watchtime are given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled for watchtime to work properly.
There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

i dont think it would be possible as you would need a custom widget and to use the icons for that theme, which means downloading/storing the assets which is against SE TOS

hey so i have an issue where my volume control for media request has disapeard and also the play button any ideas? ive tried closing the tab and logging out but still no luck

Due to new rules imposed by Youtube, we had to change these things on Media Request:
- Removed the progress bar
- Removed the volume bar
- Removed the play/pause button
- kept the previous/skip buttons
- "Show on Stream" will no longer hide the video from the Dashboard, but will have a message saying its playing on stream and volume will be muted.
The removed bits can still be controlled via the video it self. All these changes affect all platforms that have access to MR.
!play/!pause/!volume/!skip still work

- Ground Control does not have Custom Bot Name
- Subscriber count will count the Channel and any other permanent sub you may have (+1 or +2 or +3 on top).
We are working on fixing both issues, but there is no ETA.
OBS.Live still has Custom Bot name working fine in it.

I've had 2 tips given to me but neither of them have shown up (I know they went through because they're from friends). If it was via PayPal then you'll need to log into your PayPal account and make sure you completely finished setup, and they'll need to do the same as well. PayPal is holding the tip, and as a result did not send StreamElements a confirmation of successful transaction. We're a passthrough service and not actually involved with the transaction, we just "hear back" that it went through.

The Close my account button does not instantly delete your account. Rather, it submits a request to delete to the devs, who need to do so manually, so it can take a little time, but it will be done.

Hey all, I've been having trouble getting my Twitch alerts to work in OBS. I set up an overlay with an alert box widget and set everything up the way I wanted and for some reason they just won't show up on stream (or in OBS at all). They work perfectly in Chrome when I try to test them they just don't work in OBS. I'm using OBS Studio latest release on Mac. The weirdest part is they worked fine when streaming with Wirecast but not with OBS. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
