So I wasn't sure where to ask this, but I am just wondering if I can be pointed in the right direction. I have selected to use custom css for my alerts, for custom looks and animation. However, when I change the sound file for any alert that uses custom CSS, it doesn't play it and it plays the default sound. I cannot find anywhere under HTML, CSS, or JS that points to the audio sound.

I tried googling but I can't seem to find the right set of words to get the right results, as I cannot be the only one who has had this issue. Thanks!

Steps to make a command trigger sound on stream:

  2. Add an item that has these settings on it:
  • Stream Perk
  • Loyalty settings to your desire
  • (Next step) Add contents (image and/or sound you want to play)
  • "Redeeming this item shows an alert
  • Redemable via chat
  • Skip Requirements
  1. Get the item name/command from the 2nd creation page

Probably a browser thing. Once I full-refreshed the page it showed up properly. Unfortunately disabling that alert doesn't prevent the message that gets output with the ${redeem} command so looks like it was a bit pointless haha

Yeah, the bot responds to a redemption command being used, the only way to prevent it from doing that is to redeem it via the site or extension

Not that odd of a question. I see many folks worried about this. I dont think anyone has verified that Twitter actually hinders users who tweet out their link. Unless of course, its the only tweets an account makes and nothing else.

I'm having an issue with my top tipper list widget. I've had someone make the list twice because they changed their name after making the list and then made the list again. I'm trying to combine both into one top tipper from that individual under his new name. I've made sure the email and user name are the same for all the tip entries but the widget still shows them separately.   • All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
  • Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
    Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.

I always have to update my sub goal widget (current subs) manually as I lose subs or else it just keeps counting up and up each sub I get. how can I have it automatically update my current subs as I lose and gain subs?

I do not think there is a way with the goal widget. It just tracks how many subs you got since the goal started.
You can however, use the Total Subs label and manually set the goal kinda like 43/100 where the 43 is actually the Current Subs label
