ok so I've noticed an issue with the credit roll. If I leave the setting the same and let it scroll through a few times the 2nd line "subtitle and section headers" changes size without the font being edited.

None of the others after that one worked. All were of sufficient size to trigger the alertbox. Everything works properly using the emulation commands while not "live". Hello there! I'm looking for some help switching from Deepbot to StreamElements for my channel. I have tried on my own to do this but it gets stuck at this window and only partially uploaded my commands. Not sure what this means or how to get it working so I'd appreciate any help setting this up. Chase referred me so I hope I'm in the right place 🙂

downloaded a complete fortnite overlay on streameleeds, animated, alert box and all, copied the overlay link and threw it on streamlabs, managed to open the overlay, but the ALERT BOX was not loaded, how can I make the box work? alert of my chosen overlay?

If it's fine in the browser, but not in Streamlabs OBS, there's not much we can do there. We can't troubleshoot their software for them, which is why we always recommend using OBS Studio with our plugin, OBS.Live.

You'll want to disable your custom !song command. StreamElements doesn't read local files.

The default !song command reads from the Media request section of your account.

Did anything change with the most recent OBS.live update? My elgato stream deck media request buttons haven't been working like they used to for a little while now. I have a button to lower volume, raise volume, and skip to the next song, but recently they've all been showing that red circle with a slash in the middle as if I don't even have OBS open or media request on even though I do have them open.

I figured it out. I don't know why this fixed it, but in the upper left hand corner, I clicked on something that said "dock media request"

And that did it

Now the buttons work

I was having this issue but then it was kind of fixed by "pressing f12 and opening the console" but it's happening again

@zenith widget I am editing "CRUSADER ALERTS WITH SOUND" the most recent. If I try to add an alteration to any alert it show sit on the list and works, but will not permanently save. The save button animates as if clicked but it does not save nor give an error

Just tested it on a brand new overlay (social media animator) and changes save on that one fine, so no idea
