It sounds like you're not editing the copy.

Note the middle of the URL is what changes, not the end.

Steps to make a command trigger sound on stream:

2. Add an item that has these settings on it:

• Stream Perk
• Loyalty settings to your desire
• (Next step) Add contents (image and/or sound you want to play)
• "Redeeming this item shows an alert
• Redemable via chat
• Skip Requirements

3. Get the item name/command from the 2nd creation page
4. Go to commands page here: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/bot/commands/custom
5. Add command with desired name and have response for command as: ${redeem item_name_here}
6. Go to your overlays and edit the overlay you use.
7. Click on "widgets" and add "Store redemptions" widget. Click save and you should be golden.

4. start OBS.Live
5. Settings -> Stream -> disconnect -> connect

I need some assistance please. I have set up a separate twitch account for my bot. Everything is working fine, I gave it a subscription to have access to emotes, it is listed as a super moderator, and even gave it privileges in my streamelements. My problem is with raffle module. I have a timer set up for a raffle command to automatically appear at scheduled intervals. The bot triggers the command but doesn't start the raffle. Mods can start raffles. I can start raffles. But my bot can't. Any idea what's going on?

I just did a test, created a timed chat message called !kappagen because i use that widget. Using my main twitch account, the timed text triggers the kappagen widget. When I use my bot account nothing happens.

Another thing would be to show like the top tipper of the month on your stream using an overlay?

While I was streaming the other day, all of the commands were working except the watchtime command. My mods and viewers did the command and it kept saying 0 seconds

@past heron 10 minutes of watchtime are given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled for watchtime to work properly.
There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

@minor jewel Due to changes to Twitch API, we have filtered out hosts and will only show these ones on your activity feed:

• All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
  Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.

Then you are most likely missing one source to set to shutdown, or the overlay editor or an active overlay in the brower is giving back the video as well as your scene you are currently on in OBS.

@sullen hamlet it looks like you have custom CSS enabled, which overrides most of the input settings. you'll need to make the edits to your custom CSS. I think the default dancing shark file is referenced in the HTML so replace that

just had someone try to tip me through SEpay so I can be able to set up my bank info and it keep telling them the payment is refused.
The re-checked card number and everything twice.

They even tried a credit card and still telling them payment refused.

Hey. I have been testing the quality for streaming in the near future and i've come across an issue. My web cam, when theres to much stuff happening on the screen, blurs me out. Is it a web cam problem or the internet connection?
