Hi, i'm a editor from a twitch streamer and i'm trying to set up a timer for the ad command /commercial 180 , but streamelements bot is currently not sending any ads by timers. The streamer in question have partnership and streamelements already was set with editor privilege.

Also, i made a custom command called !ad in the dashboard and set the /commercial 180. With this command i can send ads manually.

Can anybody help me to set ads to be shown automatic?

Or maybe there's a way to tell elements to send it's own commands?
Like.. i can make a timer with the !ad i made and the bot just use the command?

Hi everyone! I have an issue with alerts sounds. I create the entire overlay with alerts sounds and I put my own sounds. I copy and add on the browser on OBS. @true jackal if you have something from streamlabs that’s either too large or copyrighted it won’t import. Make sure your media files are small enough to import

You would need to adjust your link protection in SE in general. You coudl whitelist youtube for example.

The overlay is somehow similar to a webpage so it needs time to load the overlay when it gets active.
You can use studio mode to preload the scene.

greetings, I am having an issue with store redemptions. when someone !redeems soemthing everything works except the graphic stays on screen. I do not have the issue with follow, tip, raid alerts... etc. just with the !redeem command. I am using SLOBS if that helps

4. start OBS.Live
5. Settings -> Stream -> disconnect -> connect

The default chat widget cannot do that.

@gray grail There is no authenticaton for your paypal. You need to enter the email in the field in your tipping settings and connect the email.
The money will be then transferred to this payPal account. If there are any errors, best to take a look at your PayPal account, if there are any messages regarding need of your attention to fulfill a transaction.

If you are using the 2080 TI, I'd recommend instead of using the software encoder, to try using the GPU encoder (NVENC). And see if you get any dropped frames with that

• All hosts coming from an online channel with at least 1+ viewer
• Auto host events with at least 1 viewer - only from a channel that just went offline
  Note: If you see "X channel has hosted you" with no viewers on the back, that is considered an offline host or a host with 0 viewers, we do not show these.

Hello, I'm having an issue where my stream information panel is just black. I've tried closing and opening the app, I've tried undocking it, I've tried closing stream information completely and reopening it, and I've even restarted my computer with no luck.

4. start OBS.Live
5. Settings -> Stream -> disconnect -> connect

Is anybody else having double audio when showing media in stream? The music complete stops when I shutdown the overlay that contains the "Media Request Widget." According to my sound mixer, the sound is only coming from OBS. So it's not playing in two locations on my computer. The double audio only starts when I hit the "show on stream" button. I've verified multiple times within my overlay that I only have one "Media Request Widget." Any ideas?

Does this mean that media request plays through on overlays that don't have the media request widget? What takes place on the receiving end has nothing to do with your bitrate tanking. Your bitrate cannot be affected by your streaming site of choice; it's a setting on your end, based on your upload speed.

I added the sub goal widget to my overlay, but instead of displaying how many subs I have, it displays how many months the most recent sub has been subbed for. For example, if someone subs for 14 months, it changes my sub goal to 14/10 🙃

I stream Minion Masters. I want to give credit to my viewers, but not everyone in the chat (Since tons of Minion Masters users tend to load up chat without actually being present in channel in order to abuse the rewards system).

Is there a way to only award to the users who are viewing, rather than those in the chat?

And question 2, is there a way to have my bot trigger one of its own chat commands on a timer? EG if I want to run a raffle every 30 minutes?

"List current chatters in a channel." is fairly non-useful unfortunately without other data to go with it.

Is there any way to override the self-looping prevention mechanism, or am I stuck building my own bot?

As for the loop - I would recommend to be tread carefully, cuz Twitch doesn't like it when new chat bots, who are not verified start responding to their own commands and cause a loop.

Steps to make a command trigger sound on stream:

1. Go to Stream Store page here: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/store/items
2. Add an item that has these settings on it:

• Stream Perk
• Loyalty settings to your desire
• (Next step) Add contents (image and/or sound you want to play)
• "Redeeming this item shows an alert
• Redemable via chat
• Skip Requirements

3. Get the item name/command from the 2nd creation page
4. Go to commands page here: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/bot/commands/custom
5. Add command with desired name and have response for command as: ${redeem item_name_here}
6. Go to your overlays and edit the overlay you use.
7. Click on "widgets" and add "Store redemptions" widget. Click save and you should be golden.
8. Test your own command in chat and have OBS or editor open to hear sound
9. ???
10. Profit in viewer interaction and that dosh

OK thank you. I really hope it's soon. I prefer to have my overlay scenes always active so that transitions are smooth, but every time I change scenes that dang text is there. I know I could use studio mode, but having 2 scenes running at the same time, even for a brief couple of seconds, overloads my system.

@tidal rapids the customapi variable unfortunately strips out all the spaces and no longer encodes them automatically, hence the manual %20 (url encoded space), but if you want something more readable in the future, the queryencode variable handles it
