so i went ahead and uninstalled it again and re installed it. a little window pops up saying installing then it will close. go to desk top and a short cut will be there. click on it. nothing happens

Is there a way to.. link two counters??
I have a counter that allows the person to "give" bacon, the !bacon command - it adds one to the bacon counter.
I have another command, !notbacon which is supposed to subtract a bacon. Currently they are two different counters - one counter counts the bacon up, and the other counts the bacon down... two different bacon counters.

Is there a way to link the two? or have the command like... read !bacon + or !bacon - ???

1. Make sure you are on the latest and greatest version of OBS.Live
2. exit OBS (make sure OBS is not running)
3. delete %appdata%\obs-studio\plugin_config\obs-browser\obs_profile_cookies
4. start OBS.Live
5. Settings -> Stream -> disconnect -> connect

the storage is how much you can store in the cloud

@lavish flax That's an error related to your GPU. You have two options:
Reinstall your GPU driver by following this guide and hope that it'll fix it http://obsproject.com/forum/resources/65/
Or: Your GPU is broken and you have to get a new one

Also, you don't loose your settings, scenes and sources when reinstalling. They're in a different location and get only removed when you explicitly ☑ the box while uninstalling.

I doubt that the OBS version has something to do with it. Drivers can break for a lot of reasons, so reinstalling them the way it's shown in the guide is the best way sort out any problems with them. So many people blame OBS updates for breaking something, just because it triggers an error that existed sometimes for years.

No there's not.

That's why you should reinstall them. Updating them with Geforce experience doesn't reinstall them. It just installs the new drivers over the old ones.
I'm also in the OBS team, that's why I tell you that this particular crash you're getting is only related to your GPU drivers. If you don't want to reinstall them the recommended way, okay. But I'm not in the mood to discuss something really obvious.

OBS.Live is just a plugin for OBS Studio so you want an older OBS version. https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/releases/tag/23.2.1
But keep in mind that you can't stick on v23 forever.

Yup! It should be tracking watchtime now. Watch time is added in 10 minute increments, so get a viewer to check after 10 minutes or so

10 minutes of watchtime are given to those in chat when the loyalty points are handed out (every 10 minutes). Therefore, loyalty must be enabled for watchtime to work properly.
There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points.
It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time.
Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

@lament blade If you are not seeing the OBS Twitch integrations and have OBS.Live installed, please follow these steps:

1. Make sure you are on the latest and greatest version of OBS.Live
2. exit OBS (make sure OBS is not running)
3. delete %appdata%\obs-studio\plugin_config\obs-browser\obs_profile_cookies
4. start OBS.Live
5. Settings -> Stream -> disconnect -> connect

Howdy, I'm working with some really big custom notifs and was wondering if there was any way to get past the 30MB max file size, even if it was a monthly subscription to upgrade or anything like that. Really in need of the space per file. Not so much when it comes to max file capacity altogether.

for example, this is my one sub notif, and i chroma key it out and i interact with it and such, i am currently making a custom 20 gifted sub notif which is much longer and has a lot to it. just an explanation for why i need much larger file sizes.

Not possible. 30MB is the max file size at the moment. With the MP4 you listed it may be possible to convert it to webm for a smaller file size

Hello. I'm trying to set up a chat command that plays a sound file via Streamelements, but I've been unsuccessful.
I set it up in the Streamelements store, no bits or points required.
When it's called in chat, a message appears in chat that says it was successfully redeemed, but no sound plays. Any help would be appreciated.
