Heyy! I need some help with adding the "Total Followers" Widget on Streamelements. Everytime I try to add it, it does not always show the current Total Followers of my Twitch account, but a random number, first it was 0, then 96 and now it is 19. I am so confused about this. My current followers is 146 and it does show that number sometimes. But then for some reason it changes. Could someone help me with this problem? 😅

You can set up a simple counter, but it will not count up automatically. For this you would need a request to an API endpoint, where your steps are able to be catched.

Hello, I've been using Streamelements since November of 2018, and loving the service! Recently, in the past 3 weeks or so, I've haven't been able to see my host alerts on stream. They show up in Twitch Chat, but not in my activity feed.
Every other alert works: Follow, raid, tip, sub, and cheering. For some reason, hosting isn't working in my alert box. Like I said, it is showing up in my Twitch Chat.
Emulating a host works just fine from my overlay editor.
I'm currently using OBSLive, and at a little bit of a loss. 😅 any help is appreciated. Thank you!

@proper jungle Due to changes to Twitch API, we have filtered out hosts and will only show these ones on your activity feed:
- All manual host events (0 hosts included and if filter set to 0)
- All hosts coming from an online channel. If the hosting channel has been offline, we do not show it
- All auto host events with at least 1 viewer
Note: An offline host is when you see "X channel has just hosted you" - with no viewer numbers on the back

The only way to hear it for your viewers is when you have an active browser source with an overlay with the redemptions widget and broadcast this scene to your viewers as it will be picked up by your desktop audio sound line.
You, as the streamer can hear the redemption through the widget even when the desktop audio is muted in OBS.

We have 2 import tools:
- Dashboard import tool is an extension for Chrome that imports the alert box from SL's dashboard.

@dawn lily can't set times to pictures themselves but you can do a work around where you make an gif using an image and a transparent image so it "plays" the image for 10 seconds then switches to the transparent image.
Can't clear chat on twitch you can purge them but you would remove mod from streamelements for timing it out for 1 second

Goals are counters, they don't reflect your actual total.
They go up but they never go down.

Nope. For that, you'll want something like a "Total subs" widget instead, that you fashion into a goal.

You've connected to StreamElements with one account while you're actually streaming with another account.
That's why nothing is working.

Alright, i got a tough one for you guys. Media share. Its enabled, i have the widget on my stream, i can request a video straight from streamelements, and it plays the video with sound to my stream. But noone can request one from stream, including myself, even though i have "viewer requests" enabled. In settings i can't enable the !songrequest chat command because it says that has to be enabled by the widget, even though it is. But the setting shows it off. Both !sr and !songrequest don't work. Any clues?

@still axle Try to log out of the StreamElements dashboard and your twitch channel. Then log back in your twitch channel and the streamelements log in should automatically log in to the same account when you select log in with twitch. Otherwise enter the same twitch credentials again and you should be connected to the same accounts on twtich and on StreamElements.
The issue seems to be the auto log in when you are logged in to a twitch accout before logging in to your StreamElements account here.

I'm guessing this is the right place to put this request, so... how can I get my alert audio levels set so they don't either explode eardrums or can barely be heard?
I have screwed with the individual volume levels so many times but I can't seem to get it right. I've also been getting an echoing problem that seems to only happen to certain commands, and then when it does happen, it'll only happen the first couple of times it's used, then it goes away
