Not at all, sometimes even the sound doesn't work when I try to play the video, but that is less of an issue versus not being able to see the video on stream.

I think it started when I set a playlist to play when stuff isn't queued.

FPS drops on OBS live while streaming APEX Legends

@cloud kindle Since Apex Legends doesn't have optimized GPU drivers yet, it tends to take up all your GPU resources, leaving nothing for OBS. If you're having OBS performance issues, you'll likely need to limit the game somehow. The easiest way to do this is to enable Vsync in the game, or use a frame limiter. You can limit the game to 60fps by adding +fps_max 60 to the game's launch properties in Origin.

Gameplay is smooth from my point of view, but stream gameplay is lagging and stuttering. Tried lowering bitrate a couple of times didn't fix it

Also moved from 1080p to 720p and that fixed the quality issues i also had from the update.

Since Apex Legends doesn't have optimized GPU drivers yet, it tends to take up all your GPU resources, leaving nothing for OBS. If you're having OBS performance issues, you'll likely need to limit the game somehow. The easiest way to do this is to enable Vsync in the game, or use a frame limiter. You can limit the game to 60fps by adding +fps_max 60 to the game's launch properties in Origin.

2. Install and run Ground Control (!gc for download)

4. Copy/paste everything in the box to Ground Control oAuth settings and enter the name for the bot account
5. Restart Ground Control (custom name may take a few minutes to take effect)

Mac does not currently support renaming the bot.

If you still have issues you can try go back to a static overlay.

You can try to switch between streamign using your graphics card and the H264 encoder, too.
But I think in your log, you didn't drop any frame so far as I can see.

Sorry if this has been covered. Skimmed through and didnt see it. But lately (ever since the OBS23 update) the custom bot name reverts back to stream elements. I have to resign in, but then the obs live hangs. Its like it tries to do the setup but never finishes

(you should be using chrome) if that doesnt work try running incognito mode

if that doesnt work try importing again but using the chrome console (F12), it will bring up any errors
