so as a solution i've been thinking to add a command !soundboard x that just does ${redeem ${1}}, i can set a global cooldown on the command to avoid the overlap.
clearly people can still do the !redeem manually, or by the store page, so it's not a fix really...

Quick question; am I able to sell my T-shirts for loyalty points on my stream store? Or would I have to give them out in a giveaway? It's per session, so if you restart the session and it is then classed as a new stream then yes it will reward them if they host again, but that's easily solved by not restarting the stream

so I booted obs up, I am using OBS.live and my cpu usage is 20% sometimes over. I have isolated the cpu spike to my overlays. This wasn't like this yesterday. But once the obs hotfix happen and I opened OBS today boom cpu 20-21%

@spark orchid Out android app is in closed beta and a public one will be open soon. As for what to use in the mean time, I can't suggest one as I don't know one. The SL app completely blocks our overlays.
What I would suggest is to wait for when we open our app to the public, which is going to be Soon(TM)

@lament blade The chat in OBS.Live is built form the group up and at the current moment only shows chat, but not ban reasons for example and other goodies we are used to on Twitch's actual chat. I will check internally if this is planned anyway.

we're switching from nightbot to stream elements.
in nightbot we previously had a !setmulti command.
so we set it up once, and then use the !multi when every someone in chat asks for the link
so we didn't have to keep typing out the channel names. is something like that not possible?

Add the latest tipper widget to your overlay if its not already added.. Then at the top of the editor there is a Data tab which u can edit the "tip latest" to their username and the amount.

@tawny herald If you are talking about the video widget, it will start playing as soon as its loaded. As long as its something like .webm it will have the audio too. If you wanted control over when it plays, you could have it in its own overlay so you can toggle the source on and off with a hotkey or something

Only way I think is via restreaming or maybe 2 PC setup. Not sure how to setup the 2 PC streaming, but for restreaming, maybe there is a site, I'm not sure which though that maybe you can broadcast to it and then have yet another PC capture that and stream to Twitch with no delay just for the alerts.

Anyone know if it's possible to setup a custom font through CSS? I've tried it through the same methods as streamlabs which seemed to work, but i can't seem to figure it out through stream elements. any help? has anyone figured out how to do this?

yes, the font needs to be "imported" from somewhere, like in the html, so it can be applied in the style sheet

@turbid zealot If it just shows a blank screen on the app, try just restarting the app as admin or delete the cache folder located in %appdata%/Ground Control
If that doesn't help, uninstall, delete the entire folder from %appdata% and then install again

Alt tab until it is selected, and use the windows key + left or right arrow a few times to bring it back into frame. Sounds like it just got out of focus off a monitor somewhere

I'm noticing a connection with thousands of dropped frames while using my SE overlays. But when I turn the overlays off in OBS, I stop dropping frames. Can anyone help?

If your chat is quiet and you have chat lines set to the default of 5, that means there needs to be 5 chat lines spoken in the 5 minutes before the timer would go off.
If not, then it doesn't say anything.

Alerts show up in the "launched" window but is got a space the size of my screen between the image and the text,
alert on OBS is just the image and no text ,
Resizing blank box on editor does nothing.
I also feel like the "Set-up video" seems a bit outdated.

The alerts are in there, they're just not visible until triggered. Test button is in the bottom left.

You can make a different OVERLAY for different GAMEs which houses all your widgets possitioned based on the game you play
and just have that single overlay added to your OBS scenes
and make sure the "Shut down when inactive" is ticked, so that you don't hear multiple sounds
and that they are set to 1920x1080 resolution

@stoic cosmos You can ban most of the bots if you want to. I would suggest to go to their channels and see if they have instructions on how to remove their lurking status. For example commanderroot wants you to tag him and say something along the lines of "please don't come back", as for electricalboards bots I'm not sure, but you can just ban them and they should not return.
As for other view bots or just lurker bots, either ban if you know they are bots or just ignore. Twitch Support won't do anything against them imho

If yes, then they didn't move to your chat channel and only can see your stream - those are also counted as viewers
