@brave plinth that page is special, in that it renders a preview of the page with some buttons for editing it. If you are using Chrome, just click the Secured thing next to the URL, go to cookies, and you will see a singular blocked cookie.

@unborn olive check to make sure you have the most recent version of OBS. Some people are stuck on a previous version that had a bug in the auto-update feature. you have to manually download and install that update

@feral zenith That is most likely going to come down to your settings for the interval, and the chat lines. Once the interval is met, it will then check to ensure the chat lines were met in the last 5 min. If they are, it i will post the message, if the chat lines are not met, then the timer resets

For twitch prime, the user needs to have sharing enabled on https://www.twitch.tv/settings/prime. @clever nimbus Ok, so you will have to redownload OBS Studio again and the steps are as so -> Control Panel -> Programs and Files -> OBS -> Uninstall -> MAKE SURE YOU UNTICK THE "DELETE USER DATA"(be default its unticked) then uninstall then isntall obs studio

Not really. You can deny them from loyalty points

just remove their points so that they can't get tickets

we recommend OBS Studio, as SLOBS is a hard fork of OBS, they do not keep up to date as base OBS does because of this. Some users see lower CPU usage on SLOBS, but plenty of people see the exact opposite. We also cannot guarantee reliability with SLOBS, as they have had issues with our alerts, and their browser source is usually pretty behind where OBS Studio is, and we tend to take advantage of any updates to the browser source

I feel like I remember hearing this in the video but is there a way to preload the media request playlist so it will default to my songs when there isn't a user request? A list that persists permanently through StreamELE and will reappear each time I log in?

I'm interested in testing out this new extension too 😃 Just going to hold off until I have everything set back up, I backed up my OBS profile, but sadly not the "scene collection" I missed this until after, I assumed everything was under profile :(. Just built a new system.

I see mentionings of a "backup list" and ability to cancel mid request upon a user request so I'm assuming this is a thing?

• Create a twitch account for the name you want to use
• Ground Control app must be running

Steps to enable custom name

1. Sign in to https://twitch.tv with the bot account
2. Install and run Ground Control (!gc for download)
3. Visit https://twitchapps.com/tmi/ and generate an oAUTH token
4. Copy/paste everything in the box to Ground Control oAuth settings and enter the name for the bot account
5. Restart Ground Control (custom name may take a few minutes to take effect)

Mac does not currently support renaming the bot.

when I was live i tested and it was properly working in editor at that time as well, but again only for obs it wouldnt display video/audio, but only would display text

@stone anvil So if you go to your tipping page, just make sure to disconnect your paypal/g2a pay account and you should be fine. (unless I'm mistaken and the tipping page needs the paypal account for the custom bot name as well)

1. Does the alert work now in OBS?
2. Double(triple if you have to) check the main sub alert and all its variations for the option "Custom CSS" if its been enabled if it has and you are not using it(e.g. no code inside), disable it.

(also, we recommend .webm format for videos)

If you see something out of sync really, all you have to do is go to the Sessions page(Dashboard -> Activity Feed ->Widget data on teh far right -> https://streamelements.com/dashboard/session) and use the tabs in the page. Aggregates usually goes out of sync once in a blue moon, so refreshing those should fix current counts of followers and tips. The goals tab is the main back bone for the goals widgets.

No, any alerts imported from SL using the tool I linked, makes an overlay for you

As for removing OBS.Live, Control panel -> Programs and Files -> OBS -> uninstall -> Make sure that the USER DATE is NOT deleted(untick the option) -> uninstall

Hey guys! i just started using the Streamelements for my donations. I was using Gaming 4 Good before and when i saw that Streamelements support G2A playments i switched to Streamelements.
When i was using G4G i was able to do withdraw normaly and everything worked fine, now when the donation comes form Streamelements i'm not able to withdraw it.

make sure your browser source is set to be shutdown when not visible, and then refresh the cache on the browser source. If that does not work, toggle the source on and off using the little visibility eye in OBS

There is no direct link between watchtime and all-time points. It can’t be calculated from the amount of all-time points a user has because subs may earn points at a faster rate and !bonus all command increases all-time points for users in chat at that time. Giving points to a single user does NOT affect all-time, only when giving to all in chat.

if you use Ground Control for the bot rename and media request, you will still need to have Ground Control running at this time. For Media Request we do recommend using the Media Request page from our site as opposed to Ground Control
