so something is up with OBS not capturing the sound. Check to make sure that your audio settings are set up right, and that it is capturing the right stuff. You can also check your windows sound mixer to make sure that OBS is turned up

Depending on what you use in the overlay depends on what is effected by revenue history
Session data, latest, and recents are just populated by events, and will not change if you remove data. You can edit it all from Activity feed -> widget data

Hey all! So last night I had a stream where very rarely did a stream store redemption notification pop up. Only Owen Wilson's Wow was consistent. Also, the sounds that did play were very, very quiet for the viewers even though they were very loud in my ears. Any suggestions for all this? Is it because Owen Wilson's Wow was only a few seconds for the audio clip? I can provide the link to the store if that helps.

I have managers to mainly edit the song queue (for memes, and stuff), however I really don't want them to have access to modules, loyalty settings, store, etc. I would love full customisation but if you could add a 'song manager' who can only access the song requests that would be great.

As far as I can recall, the top tipper is the only widget that gives an option to be based on the session, the rest of the widgets will retain the data, unless you manually clear this between sessions

Just had great fun installing Windows on my Mac, downloading ground control, setting up a custom chatbot account + name and it worked! Until I went back into Mac OS and realised that there is actually no way for me to do this without being in Windows and having the GC app open 24/7. Great.

Yeah custom fields really needs to be a thing for maximum customiseabiity for nerd or dies alerts 😛 as {pausetime} which your import system converts to just a number 12 isnt easy to find lol 😛

@dense jackal yeah I have heard there are some issues with xsplit. To date I havent experienced any of the common issues I have heard mentioned, aside from the delayed overlay showing up on scene transitions. One day I will look at swapping over,but I never really liked OBS much, especially since switching to xsplit.

@idle vector you downloaded the mac version and the name didn't work? I haven't gotten any other reports of this
@junior pine Of course, we knew this when choosing to go with a cloud based bot that it would be difficult to do absolutely crazy things for simplicity and ease of use. If you know phantom bot I believe they have some sort of integration with us, might want to take a look at them

sounds like a resolution setting problem most likely, unless the overlay was made zoomed in and something was cut off
We also recommend OBS Studio over SLOBS, we cannot guarantee reliability on their platform, as they have been known to try and block our services in the past

yup the resolution was off, and OBS gives me major lag and lockups...its why i switched to SLOBS, dont know why but it works

Greetings! I'm having a bit of a bug with the Media Request. While a user's song is currently playing, that user can post two more songs, even though the max free requests is set to 1. I'm not logged in with more than one machine either.
Furthermore, the song that's about to play next in the queue (regardless of the user) always says "Playing Now" in the chat, when it really isn't. (I tested this with a separate acct.)
