@heavy brook Ok, it's a permissions issue here (dashboard managers don't have access to parts of the tip history data in the API). The widget should show for you when launched in browser or in the broadcasting software but it doesn't show in the editor because you're logged in with editor permissions. I'll talk this over with the team and see what if anything we can do.

To explain a bit more - each of the super themes have different scene type overlays - one for starting soon, game overlay ending overlay. If you have added the starting soon overlay to the Starting Soon Scene in SLOBS, then you are good to go. Hi ! I'm having troubles with the twitch extension in my panels. The Countdown part is not working properly. When I configure it and check it right after, everything seems to be working but if I come back some time after, the days and hours are wrong. Right now the countdown part deactivated itself on its own, only the points are displayed.

Like adding sources, you can add scenes and then move the appropriate browser sources in the scenes. Then you can just click the scenes when switching and everything should be fine from there.
You can have hotkeys as well for switch to different scenes

I have a friend of mine who resubbed yesterday, but for some reason StreamElements isn't picking it up.
It is in my twitch dashboard, but not in my streamelements dashboard, also in the streamelements extension it keeps him at 1 months, instead of 2.

@lament blade Since you are new to streaming, note that the couple first streams are the hardest, because you have to change and adjust a lot of things, until you find the perfect settings for your current PC setup and in general streaming environment. Since you mentioned above that you are young, note that all the things we are providing you with(like the audio router and Kite's explanation about setting up the audio sources) is just one part of the journey to become a good streamer. If it doesn't work now, maybe tomorrow on a fresh mind you will be able to setup the audio properly. Just don't jump the gun and expect everything to be perfectly setup on the 1st stream.

You have to press 'plan on stream' or something like that on your mediashare page, then it will be 'transferred' to stream. It is not done by default as viewers could request some things that are against twitch rules, so you could get reported.

I'm getting notifications for 0 viewer hosts even though I have it set to 1, it's normally not that bad, but it's like spam cause it's everyone that has ever hosted before.

Good day sir/maam,
I am having some technical issues for a month now regarding the commands and bot.
Here's what happened; last month everything worked perfectly fine til I changed my twitch username from MeowrieTV to MEOWR13 (in case you need them). The bots and commands aren't working on my channel anymore. :(
I tried logging off and on from SE, as what my friend suggested, however it still didn't work. So I explored my twitch settings and found that I could disconnect the bots and SE from my Twitch account which I did eventually, including Discord. After that I reconnected them back (reauthorized); I logged in again on StreamElements, reauthorized it; same goes for the bots & discord. The only thing that was solved was the problem I had with my Discord; now it can read my Streamer Mode bcs since the day I changed my username Discord wasn't able to read my new one. So, yea... bots & commands from SE are still not working and I am hoping if you could give me any way/tips/light to help me solve this. 😦 Because I feel like I've done everything I can, but it just doesn't work.

Unfortunately, no, you can only change it to a custom sound or clear it, you would need to make a new alert widget

@pulsar hare We've upgraded our hosts system so we show all hosts events. even if you're offline and someone hosts you. That upgrade caused it but its solved now.

@pulsar hare Simply increase your minimum host threshold in the chat alerts and alertbox and these won't show :). Minimum of 1 should remove almost all of them from alerts. You've always received these hosts, we just didn't know about them until now.
