We do not provide actual streaming software, besides the Ground Control app that provides ease of access to the Activity Feed. I don't see what the actual issue is, except that from what you are asking, you want the audio from the overlay to not be recorded in the video, but still play while streaming.

Are you refering to chat stats, sub/follower count or pure just renaming the bot and how that affects the tracking?

regarding contests, if someone bets 10 points, but the prizepool is insanely high, can that person win more than 10 points + the bet itself ?

im afraid that there will be people using double accounts to dump points at a bet to increase the prizepool

If someone bets 10 points, those points go to the prize pool. When one of the different answers is chosen, the prize pool is distributed towards the people who chose the winning answer. Meaning if 5 people bet on Answer A and 3 people best on Answer B (and the prize pool gets to 700), when you choose Answer B as the winning one, all 700 points will be distributed towards 3 people, regardless if one of the 3 has bet only 1 or 10 points. They will get more points in return

Hey there StreamElements! I recently started using your awesome tools and have a question about your themes. I set up the Green Goblin Animated them for my stream and when transitioning from one scene to the other in OBS there is a very noticeable delay in the overlay loading, essentially my webcam will load instantly and then about 1 second later the overlay elements will pop in. Does anyone know of any means for smoothing this scene change out and reducing the lag?

not really a question I can answer. It all depends on what you are using to create this video. Some applications support webm, some do not, and some have plugins to add support. You can also find alternative ways to convert to webm, including online converters.

well, if your monitor is 1440x900, and that is what you play it, it is not going to be ideal as that is not a 16:9 aspect ratio, and twitch forces a 16:9 aspect ratio

so if this is the case, you are going to have to sacrifice some visual quality somewhere, but it stretching, or black bars

@clever mango So on the StreamElements extension, I noticed that the upcoming streams go by military time (the 24 hour rather than AM/PM)
The only problem is, I start my stream at 9:30PM PDT, which SHOULD be 21:30. However, when I put that into the extension, the app translates that to 10:30 PM not 9:30 PM. I've tried to set it back to 20:30 to maybe account for Daylight savings time, but when I put 20:30, it shows up as 8:30...

TL;DR. The extensions app is not correctly displaying the time for 9:30 PDT when inputting 21:30.

It is often a picture in .png I know only OBS. :/ In "Sources" you will add the image. @lament blade Of course, you can add a follower goal widget to your overlay and control the goals on this page: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/session -> then go on the "Goals" tab.
And if you wanna get that on your stream go to your overlay editor and then you will see the goals, then you can easily add the follower goal widget. You will have to manually update it to the lower number via the page - only if you loose a follower.

i use GPU because my 144hz starts bugging on cpu encoding

• i lost frames on cpu

so when i switched to GPU everything was good

earlier without stream rocket league was running on lower frames too, but restarting pc fixed it :p

GeForce experience, in my use of it, is its a pretty terrible application. I always use display driver uninstaller to clean out old drivers, and then install clean drivers

Well you can either just uninstall them from programs and features, reboot, and install using the installer from nvidia site, and choose clean install option. For the cleanest possible install , after the drivers are uninstalled, you can use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) with Windows in safe mode, to clean all the files left behind from a driver install. After this you would install the latest installer from nvidias site.

sorry, was busy updating my GPU drivers, just make sure that you do a clean install of the drivers, there will be an option for it

it looks like you did not actually uninstall everything, if it was all there. This is why I use DDU to do clean driver installations, it is extra work, but it is a proven method for doing clean installs. I have been doing it so long I could not tell you the number of years I have been using this method.

Is there a way to set the top donator (cumulative) of the month to reset on the first of each month? The current "monthly top donator" option seems to literally go for 30 days long, and doesn't reset at the start of each month. Also, it seems as though it's random as to whether or not it adds on to the total amount when someone donates multiple times. Maybe due to cap locks etc? Having it add based on someone's paypal account would help improve accuracy (if it's not already implemented in the system of course).
