Then they aren't charged if they didn't receive a receipt from PayPal. Problem may be on their side or on your account. Check if you have any limitations - if you don't have one, its on their side not yours

Test the PTR build or check if you have Updates available

Sorry not related to you in anyway you are just the third Person today alone that asked about this and uses xsplit

I think Xsplit broke there shit badly again :(

So 5 weeks ago they pushed a broken Update that Involves Browser sources not loading and studdering

There should be a fixed Patch but what it doese now is after a while stop loading the webpages

So you would need to restart the Browser source in Xsplit. I have the same issue when I stream @twin sapphire

So what I did is contacted Xsplit Support again and again and send them my Logs so maybe they can figure shit out I advise you the same

Then check your settings and try if that helps you

And I Personaly put my Alert Box Into a seperat Browser source/overlay so I can refresh it from time to time without having to load my whole overlay on stream

Hey guys! I'm wondering if there is anywhere I can download the individual assets in an overlay.....

The reason I ask: I'm using Force Field Animated because it's super dope. But, my it maxes my PC usage out. The Forcefield Talk Scene uses an obscene amount of CPU.

My solution: If I can download assets such as the Space-like Background, I could convert it into a video and pull it into OBS as it's own scene

It would dramatically reduce the CPU usage but allow me to maintain the same effect.

Not Sure if this is where I should post this, but I'm a moderator of a stream who recently enabled the StreamElements Media Request for Paypal donations. One thing we noticed: The media request would start to play before the alert, which kind of ruined the first 10 seconds of the media request, and completely drowned out the TTS message along with the donation.

I was wondering if there was any way to have the media request play after the alert/TTS is finished. That'd be really swell.

For the different sounds you can use the Variations tab, as for the TTS, I think you can only have 1 selected TTS voice for subs, 1 for followers and 1 for tips

but not have different for different variants for the subs

you can have it enabled for different variants - for example new sub -> no TTS. Resub for 6 months - can have TTS

@tulip rapids If you are using a capture card to stream via your PC, then having GC or the Media Request page open while listening to music is enough to have !sr to work properly and hear what viewers have requested.

If you are streaming straight from the console, it won't work along side for example if you are using alerts.

Twitch doesn't have a "notification system" for hosts (unlike follows, subs, raids, etc.) so the only way for StreamElements to know that you are being hosted is to connect through you to twitch. This connection is made on:

1. SE Dashboard page - https://streamelements.com/dashboard
2. SE Activity Feed page - https://streamelements.com/dashboard/activity
3. Ground Control desktop app - https://streamelements.com/groundcontrol
   Please have one of these open during your stream in order to receive host event notifications.

thats an overlay, not an extension, you can add a browser source to pretty much any mobile streaming app, just not the twitch app if you are streaming from that

There are very few people that have an ultrawide monitor as it is, plus there are a lot of games that don't support it, and Twitch definitly doesn't support it. You can change the resolution to a theme, and move the parts around as you need to, and make it fit your screen

@chrome walrus To duplicate a layer on an overlay select the layer that you want to duplicate in the layers drawer (bottom left of the editor) and then select the duplicate button with the red asterisk right above the layers panel. You can duplicate a layer to the same overlay or to other overlays.

Having issues with my alerts. On stream my host alerts don't show up (on activity feed or overlay) but they do when I test it from my overlay editor. And now my cheer alert isn't working. Everything is checked off and I haven't changed anything from when they were working. I also always have my activity feed up.

Twitch doesn't have a "notification system" for hosts (unlike follows, subs, raids, etc.) so the only way for StreamElements to know that you are being hosted is to connect through you to twitch. This connection is made on:
