and on the original you have placed an alias
that is !skulls

Do the browser sources for stream elements themes seem to load a bit slow for anyone else?
When i switch scenes, the overlay has a bit of delay.

they have scrolling followers/subs/dono but thats it. So, yes. I believe they're animated.

these take time to load, what you can do is remove the alert boxes from your overlays and create a separate browser source for it, once you do that you can untick the "shutdown source" on all sources
which means they will load without delay
beware that it will increase the CPU usage since the animations will always run

You could make a stream perk store item, and have them provide the video link in there, and then you could add it manually and move it up the list, or even just have a stream store item to move someone's request up in the list. Either way it would involve some manual process

well they said that when they were donating that they got directed to streamelements page then to paypals, they filled in their info and then clicked accept(to complete the payment) he got redirected to streamelements where it said the payment was successful yet, nothing was taken out of the account nor did I get an alert or recieve any money.

Are they donating in the same currency as your default PayPal currency? If not, the funds may be in a hold state and you have to accept them

Not sure if they're donating in the same currency I think they're sleeping ( I can ask later). Even if it were I have the setting enabled on paypal that allows you to accept the payment and convert it to USD without having to accept or deny it.

If PayPal redirects back to us then it's definitely something on their end and you'll need to contact them to figure out why the transaction is being held up. There are quite a few reasons they do this.

Every time you get a follower, it will add to the follower goal widget, but if you loose a follower, you will have to manually update it to the lower number via the page.

Yes, we are aware of the issue and its Twitter to blame as they stopped supporting the streaming API.

@lapis vault if you have a hosting, you can create "Custom API call" to retrieve data from host

Yup, you can make complex response, but not in txt file i think. This file call will (at least should) raw response

I have a question about Media Request as well. There is a widget to play video. I wonder, how to put video there, as I have something no button to push it to overlay (i am not a streamer, but I have full control privileges):

I have a question about the contest commands. I'm getting an error when I try to launch a contest. I have 4 options, with a minimum and maximum wager. Even a time limit. When I click create, it gives me this message : An error occurred.

@wise ivy You can use one of our Super Themes, but you can also make your own. To add the animated panels you have, use "Insert Image" and upload as .webm format for best effect. Then add it to OBS

I was able to create a contest and then just opened the contest page and it showed the current active one. Not sure what the issue was.
If it happens again, I would suggest to make a screenshot and come back

The issue may or may not be related to SE Bot being unmoded and Nightbot actually timing out SE Bot for providing links, cuz when you open a contest, SE Bot posts a link in chat

- StreamElements bot modded and in chat
- Active overlay with alerts
- StreamElements tipping page in the panels below the stream (!panels)
- Create a twitch account for the name you want to use
- Ground Control app must be running
Steps to enable custom name
- Sign in to https://twitch.tv with the bot account
- Install and run Ground Control (!gc for download)
- Visit https://twitchapps.com/tmi/ and generate an oAUTH token
- Copy/paste everything in the box to Ground Control oAuth settings and enter the name for the bot account
- Restart Ground Control (custom name may take a few minutes to take effect)

Hi there, I hold weekly giveaways on my stream, and I'm using streamelements to hold the giveaway on and use tickets and points to distribute entries. My system is each follower gets one free ticket each week, is there a way I can give ALL of my followers (current AND new followers) a free 100 points without changing the giveaway to everyone gets a free ticket?
