Valid types are: album , artist, playlist, and track. 
Search results include hits from all the specified item types. 
For example: q=name:abacab&type=album, track returns both albums and tracks with “abacab” included in their name.

As you see it will query album and track for phrase, but if I query "Artist Song" there won't be Artist in song field nor Song in artist field

@oblique galleon Subs and resubs are handled by the main Alert Widget. If you are not using a pre-set theme from ours, then you will have to enable them, by clicking the alert widget and then setup the variants for it.

We use server hosting like Amazon web servers, so they could be anywhere. Its also because of the way that OBS caches the files on your computer. When shutdown, they stop rendering and pulling info from the site. Then when you make it visible, it has to start over from the beginning

For twitch prime, the user needs to have sharing enabled on https://www.twitch.tv/settings/prime. @sick trench Are you using kappagen, or the bit-cup? WHen you have emotes on screen, each one loads as a separate video item, so your CPU load will increase over time. On my system, the obs "browser source" (cef-bootstrap.exe) starts at about 8% cpu, but after 20 or so emotes drop into the cup, the load increases to 15%+.

It's a variable load. sometimes the page causes the browser source to go crazy, sometimes it's fine. I find that frankerz animated emotes are the most likely to cause the cup or kappagen to go nuts. .

@limpid tapir for hosts, make sure to keep your activity feed open while you stream (either on the website or in ground control). It is currently the only way we can detect hosts (twitch limitation)

as for the subs, can you give me some more information? I am not sure I understand the issue fully.

Most chat bots have a one-way filter, so 'Not Sub' doesn't exist as something you can react to without programming it yourself..

actually, the sub alerts are not coming through because you changed your name, but its an easy fix

log out of streamelements, clear the cache in your browser, then log back in

this will allow us to grab a new auth token from twice, so we are allowed to grab that sub information

Twitch, as far as I know, doesn't have its own loyalty system. Our system is independant of other companies (ie. streamlabs, moobot, and others like that). If you want to import points from another system, we can do that, but they will only gain points as they watch, or complete any of the events listed

When the command says controlled by module, the commands list might make it look like it's not enabled, but it looks slightly different than a disabled command, and it is not controlled by the commands page. If you enable viewer requests in the media request page, this will enable the command

Cause my countdown would show without it being checked as well.

Yes.

There is a bit of a workaround if you are about to start your first stream - edit the widget data. On the overlay editor on top of the blue bar there is "Data". Explore it for a bit and afterwards find the latest follower and place a random name, just so it does not look empty

It's posible that your authorization token expired or was invalidated at some point, so SE can't see your events.
The most common cause is a name change, which is why i asked.
Have you tried logging out of SE, and the de authorizing it on the twitch settings page, then logging back in to generate a new token? (edit:typos)

(also, forgive me if you already did this, I just woke up and your problem was the first thing I saw. (also not an employee)

Twitch doesn't have a "notification system" for hosts (unlike follows, subs, raids, etc.) so the only way for StreamElements to know that you are being hosted is to connect through you to twitch. This connection is made on:

@clever mango our bot is it's own account, i'm not sure how your system works, but our bot doesnt show in chat as StreamElements, it shows as the same bot account we have had for years and used with deepbot

@coral scarab Right, but how would StreamElements, a twitch bot account that is in hundreds of thousands of channels, determine where that whisper was coming from and in regards to so that it can respond? This the core difference between a local bot running deepbot software in one channel and a cloud-based bot like StreamElements running from the same account in many, many channels.
