@dense jackal Ok I've made a test item of each type and tested them with regular and custom event lists with the overlay open in a new tab. None show up in the custom event list and in the regular event list it always pops up with the username, but doesn't always include the "redeemed item" text. edit: i THINK it's the "stream perks" type of item that properly shows "redeemed item" and sfx and item codes aren't showing it.

hi im having an issue where im using the overlays but my CPU on OBS goes from 20% all the way up to 60% and ive followed the steps on the page that has helps on this but hasnt helped much. also i cant upgrade my CPU as im running on a macbook pro 2012 13" with windows bootcamp.

@junior epoch for a macbook from that year this is quite normal. What you can do is make sure that "shutdown source when not visible" is active on each overlay. Generally, it is time to upgrade after 6 years specially for laptop hardware.

I don't know where the best place to submit bug reports is, but I have found several bugs with the StreamElements Twitch Extension.

1. The "Store Items" tab is only 1 column, instead of 2, in Microsoft Edge.
2. If an item's description is a little long on the "Store Items" tab, it extends behind the "Redeem" button and becomes cut-off and unreadable.
3. Disabled rewards are showing in the "Store Items" tab.
4. If the "Countdown" tab exists, the "Store Items" tab will not show on default, even if set to default.
5. Some emotes are showing multiple times in the "Chatters" tab.
6. Some user icons are not displaying.
7. The Extension cannot be configured in Microsoft Edge.

I also made this comment on the blog post about the Extension. I think taking out some of the text shown for "Store Items" could really cut down on screen clutter and allow more items to be shown in a smaller amount of space.

I enjoy the new extension, but have a few requests for improving screen clutter on the “Store Items”. Could the “Unlimited items left” and “!redeem” chat commands be removed from the listings? I believe most rewards are unlimited, (all of mine are,) so only listing a number when the item is limited could help simplify things. Also, if there is a “redeem” button right where the viewers are looking, I think it’s redundant to list the chat command to redeem the item.

I've enabled "view requests" but when i go to my Chat commands I can't enable it because it says its controlled by module settings. I might just have tunnel vision and am making this harder than it really is.

Hey, I love the new SE extension! Only issue I'm having is it's not showing my subs total months subbed correctly and the countdown is showing the wrong time. I changed it in the config settings on Twitch but it won't adjust correctly on my page

I've discovered the issue, when setting the times in the configuration settings it won't let you set a time higher than 13:00. Once you type in anything above that it auto adjusts to 10:00.

Do you all know of this bug?

You're not the streamer, so you're looking at it from a moderator's view

Moderators have to be able to moderate the songs, they don't control what the streamer sees or hears from this page

That's done through the chat commands, which helps prevent all of the moderators changing the volume etc without any accountability

I have two different setups for my alerts. One with everything plus my camera and one with everything minus the camera.

When I add them in obs os primary cam, no cam and switch between them I lose one or the other. Its almost like the browswers source keep one or the other

Changing the tab sometimes refreshes the "Store Items," but not always.

Im trying to add a multitwitch command for starters. Instead of manually editing the !multi command everytime, I have a !setsquad command, that when followed by a channel/channels, should append it to the multi link and edits !multi. I was wondering if there was a way to produce a different output when different parameters are given. i.e when there is no one in the squad, it should just output text saying there is no one in the squad, or when there is more than 1 person in the squad, it should append the others too. Is there a simple way to do this? I had it set up for nightbot, but the channel owner just switched everything to streamelements. so were adjusting slowly. Thanks for any help!

Yes they are! all alerts, yes test in editor, nothing in live, xsplit (testing works offline) not sure if i have chat alerts i'll check!

The Problem lyes with xsplit had many difficultys with it myself the past few weeks
