yeah, make a new overlay (your blank), add the themes u want/ edit those and then near the layers there is s duplicate icon

if u already have the other scenes, just make a new overlay, then edit scenes u want to copy from and duplicate from there to the new overlay

Make sure to :ballot_box_with_check: “Shutdown source when not visible” for all browser sources (all OBS scenes). sounds like you have an overlay that is not set to shutdown when not visible, so get multiple sounds from the alert

@tepid copper this is the Xsplit version. 3.2 is fine, should work, but if you can - do a clean reinstall. And i asked for your windows version, did you install a big update last week?

Has been like this with reloads, reboots, etc. Have let it sit for hours, elements never load. Overlay looks normal in OBS still though.

The editor is built with chromiun in mind, so non chromium based browsers may have issues like the one you are seeing. It is best to use a chromium based browser, like chrome or opera

Posted this once, but it sorta got lost in the fray. Wanted to post again. ;

Not sure if this is possible, but wanted to run it by support;

I have a bunch of different sub variations and can't seem to get one of the variations to jive with the rest. I have the following variations for subs;

New Prime Sub
New4.99 Sub
New 9.99 Sub
New 24.99 Sub
Re-Subscriber

The first 4 are set to when tier is exactly insert cost here
The second is when the months subscribed is at least 2.

Not sure if it's possible to get the ability to have multiple variables per alert/variation of alert, or perhaps a "resubscriber" option as one of the variables (in addition to months subscribed, subscription tier, and gift) so that we can make alerts monitor for more specific circumstances.

The resub alert is global. So as long as you resub for at least 2 months that alert should go off. But instead, the alert for the respective tier goes off instead

The console streaming blog? The only way you can have your overlay on a console is if you stream from a PC some how. For example a capture card, or remote play, and stream through broadcast software like OBS

in that case, you will want to get OBS, there are plenty of resources out there on setting up OBS to capture with the elgato. Once you have OBS installed, you can add your overlay as a browser source to any scene that you set up

Twitch prime (new and resub) and paid subscriptions (resub only) must be shared in chat manually by the person subscribing in order for the subscription information to be sent to StreamElements. Hi I'm having an issue with my chat commands and timers not working. I double checked to make sure everything was enabled. I recently switched to Mac and was wondering if that had something to do with it. I'm using the desktop app, maybe that is interfering as I know some of the setting for mac app are different than windows only because a friend tried walking me through setting up to use a named bot but I didn't have the same options showing? or is mine maybe glitched glitched for me ?

Hi there, I tried to set up a donation goal for the last 2 charity streams I'm hosting. I made a new overlay and added the donation goal widget. When the widget appears on screen there in the center of the donation bar, it displays the entire amount I've received in stream elements. Is there an option to refresh the donation bar amount to zero? I set up a $100 donation goal to today. & it shows $4,882.40 in the center

Without the connection, there is no other way to detect the hosts

and since the streamer is the only one that gets the notifications (like I wouldn't see that someone hosted you in chat from twitch), the bot has to have an active connection through you (which is created through having one of those 3 pages open) @whole imp

Due to the way Twitch Sends host information, you need to have the activity feed open somewhere for us to capture them. The activity feed can be found on the dashboard, or the activity feed page, or ground control. Hope this helps.

Create a twitch account for the name you want to use
Ground Control app must be running

Steps to enable custom name

Sign in to https://twitch.tv with the bot account
Install and run Ground Control (!gc for download)
Visit https://twitchapps.com/tmi/ and generate an oAUTH token
Copy/paste everything in the box to Ground Control oAuth settings and enter the name for the bot account
Restart Ground Control (custom name may take a few minutes to take effect)

Hi, here is a bug report:

Songrequest command !wrongsong has a wrong behaviour. It removes the first requested song instead of the last song requested
We noticed yesterday that even tho we did !wrongsong, the song would still be played, even tho it was not the first in queue

These bugs have been noticed on channel "liliferrets" (twitch). I guess you have some sort of logs to track out this issue

They are settings for posting messages at intervals, if they're not posting it's likely that you've not set the settings to something realistic for your amount of chat activity, meaning they're unable to trigger

@strange cloak check the layer for that widget that you just added to the overlay, it will have size and text settings there. we use google fonts and most settings are there, you can also use custom CSS if you are skilled with that.

@tranquil forum you will need more detailed settings for your streaming setup, i would suggest youtube guides and adjusting the settings once you a) saw where they are and b) understand what they do. videos are easier than pure text guides, but OBS forum offers most of answers you could need.

Steps to enable custom name

Install and run Ground Control (!gc for download)
Visit https://twitchapps.com/tmi/ and generate an oAUTH token
Copy/paste everything in the box to Ground Control oAuth settings and enter the name for the bot account
Restart Ground Control (custom name may take a few minutes to take effect)

When the sub clicks on Share they share the sub with your Twitch chat, when they share the sub with your Twitch chat that's when we see it and register it

hey ive noticed a bug with media share, it plays two instances of the request often
so i cant use it a lot, any suggestions

i cleared the old alerts so it wouldnt have my old one or defualt then entered my new ones

a streamer i mod for has been having issues with media request lately, quite a few songs are getting randomly skipped. he and i are the only ones with the access and perms to do so but neither of us are doing it. is there a solution to this posted anywhere before i ask for other help?

so it wouldn't be an issue if i have his dashboard open to media share at the same time? we have moderation set up so i can check the videos and songs beforehand, i was wondering if that could be the problem. i don't think he has it open anywhere else, but i can double check in a bit
