@thorn vessel which alert format are you using? It sounds like you want to use text over image and then use the text padding to move the text down. Use a positive number in the "top" field to push it down

Steps to enable custom name

2. Install and run Ground Control (!gc for download)
3. Visit https://twitchapps.com/tmi/ and generate an oAUTH token
4. Copy/paste everything in the box to Ground Control oAuth settings and enter the name for the bot account
5. Restart Ground Control (custom name may take a few minutes to take effect)

What it does is taking the Twitch account you said the Bot can use. so basically the Bot Account "Name1"

in the field you have to type the Name in and the OAuthtoken for the StreamElements Bot to see/use the account you gave ground controlls

you also can use your own twitch account this gives the benefit of not having to sub to your channel if you want to use your own emotes in Command responses

if you want to give the Bot a different name you have to make a new Twitch account with the new Bot Name or Rename the existing one on Twitch (i think that costs money? not sure)

Steps to enable custom name

1. Sign in to https://twitch.tv with the bot account
2. Install and run Ground Control (!gc for download)
3. Visit https://twitchapps.com/tmi/ and generate an oAUTH token
4. Copy/paste everything in the box to Ground Control oAuth settings and enter the name for the bot account
5. Restart Ground Control (custom name may take a few minutes to take effect)
