@spark gulch You can change it by going to Data, which is the two spots over from the editor, then going to goal

If you are doing a text goal, I recommend using the Total Follower widget, as that will show your actual follower count, where follow goal is more for measuring increases over a certain time (like getting 40 follows this week)

Custom bot name requirements

• Create a twitch account for the name you want to use
• Ground Control app must be running

Steps to enable custom name

1. Sign in to https://twitch.tv with the bot account
2. Install and run Ground Control (!gc for download)
3. Visit https://twitchapps.com/tmi/ and generate an oAUTH token
4. Copy/paste everything in the box to Ground Control oAuth settings and enter the name for the bot account
5. Restart Ground Control (custom name may take a few minutes to take effect)

@winter scarab since the !top points command is basically a !top command followed by the points argument and the variable information for those arguments is, i believe, not public, i don't think there's a way to make a custom command to immediately give you the !top points leaderboards without the argument, all you can do is change the !top command to something else but you'd still have to type out the argument after that

@crimson quest you can export other bots' donation information and import them into SE by clicking on the import button in the top right, however SE doesn't have any export tools so you'd have to use other services for that.

Twitch doesn't have a "notification system" for hosts (unlike follows, subs, raids, etc.) so the only way for StreamElements to know that you are being hosted is to connect through you to twitch. This connection is made on:

2. SE Activity Feed page - https://streamelements.com/dashboard/activity
3. Ground Control desktop app - https://streamelements.com/groundcontrol
   Please have one of these open during your stream in order to receive host event notifications.

Yes, the reason it's only picking one winner is because not enough people are joining your raffle so it's defaulting to a single raffle because that makes more sense

Yeah, this is something we believe is on twitch's end. A ban/timeout only goes through once, but the chat can sometimes show it multiple times with the message.

You have to open the image on the Layers Tab

Once you select them, click on the (Position, Size and Style) tab

Then clicking on (Center Widget), that way it will center the image you have selected

After that, all you have to do is set them to where you want in the screen

I was trying to import my viewers' watchtime from Stramlabs chatbot to Elements but I couldn't find it. It requires a .csv file that (for instance) doesn't exists on \appdata\roaming, so I was unable to do it.

They really like to know how much time they had spent on my livestream, besides the followage. And, last but not least, sometimes we get confused when we're trying to check how many points each of them have, 'cause there's alltime and other parameter that we think it must be some "monthly points" related.

Just to be more clear, I have giveaways for the top 5 viewers' points of the (last) trimester, so that's what is causing this confusion.

Can you help me with the time watch importation and this points thing (or get me on touch with someone from Elements that attend for this)?

All-time leaderboard: viewers gain X points / 10 minutes for being in chat during the stream and gain points for being in chat when !bonus all is used to give everyone points. This board is more of an indication of loyalty.

Current leaderboard: points are earned the same as above but all loyalty functions (contest, giveaways, store purchases, modules, etc.) affect the points total here (positively and negatively). This is the real-time leaderboard and can be less of an indication of loyalty.

There were definitely 3 follows received during the last stream according to what I'm looking at. I'm not sure where the 207 number came from but keep in mind that the "total" widgets do not update when the stream is offline. You could have gotten 2 followers before this latest stream and it still would show 207 until after you go live and the totals begin to sync again with Twitch.
