@ionic thorn To be honest with you, Ace Live Streaming is deprecated now and some features may no longer be working as it's not receiving the dev support it used to receive. We are releasing a brand new android streaming app in the coming weeks. It's being tested now and overlays/alerts work great so far. I know this isn't a very helpful answer for you at this moment but I want to be honest about the situation.

Hello, I was wondering if someone has run into this issue before. I currently am testing setting up a new overlay using the Phoenix Rising theme and everything is working great except for one issue. I edited the sounds for the alertbox with some test sounds and it will play the sound but it also seems to be playing a alert sound as well when I go to Dashboard --> Activity Feed and replay a previous follow or sub. If I clear the sounds from any of the notifications it no longer plays my sound but continues to play this default noise. I can't seem to get it to not play a sound when a notification comes in. Any ideas?

First of all, we do not import Followers, that is not something we offer, or possible to do. It is quite impossible for us to display ANYTHING related to tips if you have no tips.
Second of all, put it to 30 or 60fps, thats up to you.
How to test alerts: At the bottom left of the overlay editor, there's a blue bell, hover over it and you'll get a list of emulation possibilities.
Yes it should open a chrome store, you then have to USE the tool you install. You aren't importing when you install the tool.

@lament blade To add your overlays to OBS, add a new browser source in your scene. A viewer of mine usually donates to me, but he is the only one (his donations) who I have to "accept" at the streamelements website. Why ? Why is his donations waiting acceptance from me and all the others donations just flow normaly?

@true gulch Yeah, with our overlays we do recommend 1080p for the most optimal performance, of course that can lead to stretching if you have a larger canvas, but doesn't streaming in 3440x1440 lead to black bars on the stream anyway?

Sure, but as mentioned before you get black bars on Twitch unless it's 1080/720p etc, so we went for what is supported and mostly used for now

You can if you make it a supported resolution, but if you use a resolution which isn't supported yet then you will run into problems, yes

Hey guys, I had a question I couldn't find an answer to through google - though maybe that's due to misphrasing - I'm trying to find out if I change the currency command for '!points' to '!coins' for example will that change the currency name itself to coins, make a new currency called coins that will exist alongside them or will it just erase the previous currency in favour of a new one? Sorry if this is a dumb question but I'm fairly new to playing with the superuser commands and I'm a mod, not the bots owner so I don't really want to screw it up.

I guess realistically I'm asking can I keep the pre-existing currency while changing the name of it from this end or does the streamer have to do that themselves?
