It's not a very good solution but it's the only one for those who stream through console or phone

the easiest way is using the (!)redeem keywork, else your viewers would need to go into your store to redeem them.

hey, small question in relation to Loyalty settings and Leaderboards. Is there a way to have a user removed from leaderboards? I assumed having them listed under Ignored users in loyalty settings would do the trick, but I still see those users on public leaderboard/twitch extension leaderboard.

@next spruce If you are using the total follower/total subscriber widget, reset your session from the Activity Feed to fetch updated data from twitch. If you’re using goal widgets, you can edit the progress of any goal by going to Activity Feed > Widget Data > Goals. This is a current bug that occurs when there is no message included with the event. Follows don't have messages. This will be fixed ASAP.

Upon a name change, the bot must part the old channel and rejoin the new channel. The steps to do this are Part bot from the dashboard > Log out > Log in > Join bot from the dashboard

It doesn't show the number of people hosting you (at least StreamElements doesn't). We will alert if you get a new host (as long as you have activity feed open in the site or ground control). If you want to see who is currently hosting you, open up the twitch dashboard

I like regular OBS, their streamlabs OBS is pretty terrible tbh.

On regular obs studio, I can have multiple things on the software with barely any fps drops but when you use slobs, it literally destroys your cpu

@split wedge Affiliates can get it by either gifting a sub to the bot or renaming the bot to their main account so it uses your account which has access to the emotes. Partners can ask partner help to give the bot a free sub 😃

if anyone else is having the same issue as me with some buttons/etc in the editor UI not showing up (eg HypeCup scale slider) and not being able to scroll/close menus to go back:
I fixed it by changing the scale in chrome itself. I set the Zoom to 90% instead of 100% and i could see more options in the overlay editor

@split wedge If you want to have a new bot name you need to own the account on Twitch, so you can create a new account, but if you want it to use your emotes it's going to need to be subbed to you still, so if you use your own account you don't need to pay for a sub, but if you use a different account you'll need to gift it until you're a Twitch Partner

Yes, just songs in the queue. Also, autoshow does not apply to the first video that is added so you'll still need to press show video. Any requests after that will autoshow. This is to prevent someone from adding to an empty queue and it showing before someone has previewed

There's limitations with this though? There must be some integration between streamlabs and StreamElements? Otherwise you have to fully commit to one or the other? Which cuts you off from certain features that are only available on one service. I use stream elements for most things but I like that streamlabs has crypto support, can i push streamlabs alerts and stuff to streamelements?

Well depends what you're going for. I love the Blue Moonstone super theme, pretty sober while still being animated.

If you're looking for something more "out there" there's the Violet Momentum if you're into the 80's era, Synthwave
