When i use the inspect on the place where is the alert I can see the URL to the .webm. When i try to open it in other tab.... nothing for a long long time. Once you apply the cheer to the overlay it doesn't work, when you reset the browser and head back into the overlay it works but the emoticons you want for the explosion aren't being used but random ones. That is the problem i am having atm.

You can create an extra account with the name of the bot but you can also use your own account.
Pro of using your own is that when you are live, the bot can use sub-emotes but in this case make sure your offline timers don't use any.
If you choose to use an extra account you have to gift a sub to the bot to use sub-emotes.

The OAuth token is the key to your account, so it uses that to talk. If you give it the oauth for your main account, it will speak as you. So if you want it to have a different name, you have to have an account with that name. Cup I changed for the high tech force field one, seems to work. The funny looking cup bottom left has physics issues with the thickness of the bottom of the cup if its anything like collision modelling I've done in blender. What I want is the Alertbox animation to slide up and then down so I can place it at the bottom of the screen. Currently changing the animations does nothing (same for all browsers) they continue to follow default behaviour. Have deleted and redone. I think the programmer needs to have a look at it as something is wrong server side

@vital wyvern I started out importing my SL alerts and making a donation goal, and made two sources for the goal and alerts (I had them separate with SL). After two goal bars were showing up on OBS, I realised all the widgets use the same URL for the BrowserSource, so I went into the editor trying to figure out how to make new alerts/goal and have them separate. The only solution I could think of was making the widgets the size of my monitor, then messing with layers and where they're positioned. Long story short, I've made no progress and now my alerts show up for a split second before going off-screen, and no matter how many dimensions I change or how much I move the source, I don't see them.

but normally you should just have it on one overlay in our SE editor

okay so the Tip/donation goal and alert box works fine for me, but for the alerts thats only showing up for a splitt second you will have to select the alertbox and change how long you want the alert duration to last

having goal and alerts in separate overlays is easy too with SE, just need to make a new overlay, dupe the goal to that new one and delete from current

How do I go about separating the goal and alerts? I want the goal in the bottom centre of OBS and the alerts in the bottom right corner

You can hit the duplicate button on the overlay (on the "My overlays" page) and if your youtube and twitch accounts are linked, you can duplicate it to your youtube.

Okay support guys and gals. As for ALERT BOX animations: When adding an alert box users are presented with the various config options on the left one of which is Animation settings. This does nothing. User have to edit each type of alerts animation manually by click the cog and changing the animation in that menu level. Suggestion: perhaps remove the defunct "Animation settings" option from the top level config for Alert Boxes to avoid further support calls. SeemsGood

I still have no idea why TTS reads out "Undefined" at the end of each fof all alert types

TTS is usually meant for messages within an alert.
Announce was added on top of that, to read out "X has followed" and such.

We know of the issue with undefined, and are going to be fixing it 😃

For the hypecup i turned off Announce Action, because it kept using the tts saying b-day 1 for each cupcake and bit other than the normal triangle. It's really annoying >.>

so someone donated 20 bits and kept saying b-day 1 until it finished. then it said the tts

spoiler, it wasn't the announcement. It's the actual cheering. I can't have a tts that says each bit >.<

So for my audiance (also very small 10-15) they like to give me 100-500 Cheers in one message so they can hear ther message and either at the beginning or end it sayes the emote so its not too Anoying

but then they also use the option to annoy me.
Using 10 PjSalt cheers just so the TTS is saying it over and over again

I locked my TTS to 150 Cheers at least

I purposely made the bits lower weight for 1 bit each so it gives incentive for bits wars and more fights with cup and tts, this just seems like its going to have the opposite effect now. I made the other bits heavy also for more cup interaction. My main goal is to get lots of smaller bits donations rather than lots of larger ones.

Yeah that doesn't really do it for me, i hope an option will be made soon to fix it. Where it doesn't say the bit names separately. To me it seems like you are using a bandage, i am looking for a fix for now. I enjoy elements but the cup needs to be worked on.
