your wins counter is currently at 5
In order to reset it a moderator uses !editcounter wins 0 or!editcount wins 0
The reset command can be removed as it will not work

They work the same way which makes it strange that one would work and the other wouldn't. I have noticed recently that even changing game on the twitch dashboard has been a bit shaky recently (sometimes it takes minutes to update and sometimes it doesn't at all)
And we use the twitch API for everything so that could maybe explain the issue

I've been experiencing some notification lag in the last week with the bot. It's also a strange bug where I will hear the alert, it won't appear on screen or in ground control, andthen in the next minute or two it shows up.
Would I need to re-load the overlay to improve this?

You can, but I would expect that to be game is hard, I use 3 monitors, and a tablet while I stream. 1 for games, 1 for obs and ground control, 1 for discord, and tablet for twitch chat. Once ground control gets twitch chat, I can cut the tablet out

@foggy compass You can test the alert box widget using the blue circle with a bell icon in it in the bottom left of the overlay manager. You can test part of the Media Share feature by requesting a song (not from the playlist) and then clicking on Show Video on Overlay. The only thing you won't be able to test via this method is paid media share requests

Its a common misconception sometimes when people think they aren't working. It checks if the number of chat lines have passed in the designated time, then displays it. If it's 10 min and say in your case 4 lines pass, then in the next 10 min another 4 lines, the timer won't go off
If you want it to go off at a set time
just set chat lines to 0 ๐

I am having an issue with Double Audio alerts with OBS and Stream Elements. I have the box checked on all scenes to not load when not in use. Some scenes do this and others do not it is odd. I hear it echo or delay on my end and the viewers hear it this way as well. At first I thought maybe my desktop audio in OBS was playing the audio to me and broadcasting it, plus the streamers hear their own version, but that would not make since why I am hearing double, b/c I have my stream muted. @dense jackal came into my channel and played with my settings to no avail and think that it is something in my OBS. Any gurus that can help with this? Never had the issue when using StreamLabs so there has to be something I can fix.

@The Sim Station#1564 All-time only goes up by watching the stream, current can go up by taking part in a whole number of things such as minigames, so current points can very easily go higher than all-time which is limited to watching points only

if it is a heavily animated overlay, and if you are streaming on an older cpu, not sure you can really do much about it besides using a more static overlay. That or lowering your encoding settings

yeah, but its still a cpu that came out in 2012, maybe someone else has some other suggestions. Have you tried a more static overlay and dont see the same cpu usage? If it is the animated overlay, there is really not much that can be done outside of making it more static

you will probably want to have your bot leave your channel, log out of SE, log back in, and rejoin the channel. This would be in your SE dashboard, on the right under bot settings

if you did an in place upgrade from win 7 to 10, you are going to have a bad time. If you have not since then, I would recommend using DDU and reinstalling your video drivers. Also ensure that in power management settings of windows you have it set to high performance

elementsOkay is a sub emote for the StreamElements account, so if you change the bot name which I remember you saying that you have then the bot can't use that emote anymore because it's no longer using the StreamElements account. There is a command called !pepes which enables/disables the use of those emotes

Hi @idle barn with that processor/gpu combination you will most likely benefit from using NVENC encoding (GPU) as opposed to x264 (cpu) especially since you're playing PUBG which is already a processor hog

u can open the store and the overlay and test it yourself, but yeah it shows the image you setup on store item

just make a custom command and insert this on response $(redeem itemname)
so you can have the command as !showmedog
