@tall merlin so the first issue I found was that you had a point value set for the command itself. If you want a song request to cost, you should set it here: https://streamelements.com/dashboard/songrequest/settings
Second, you ahve it set to subscriber and up in the commands list as well, but in the settings, you have it as everyone. I would not change anything in the commands list (set it back to everyone), and only change things in the song request settings.

Right, I think it's forcing me to do those settings as when I turn off " Songrequest via tip " or " Paid song promoting " media share goes off and the songs cannot appear on the overlay. Maybe I am misunderstanding though

Then in your overlay, add the Store Redemption widet

If you want to have a specific command for that perk, make sure you set redeemable from chat, and that you set it to a word you like. Then create custom command, and put the response as $(redeem <itemName>)

You can create an extra account with the name of the bot but you can also use your own account.
Pro of using your own is that when you are live, the bot can use sub-emotes but in this case make sure your offline timers don't use any.
If you choose to use an extra account you have to gift a sub to the bot to use sub-emotes.
The OAuth token is the key to your account, so it uses that to talk. If you give it the oauth for your main account, it will speak as you. So if you want it to have a different name, you have to have an account with that name. yes, @gentle imp but not as bad as the chat modules, the timed commands and alerts are not working much like hosts and new followers are very delayed or dont work at all, I added a differnt bot and they pick them up right away and SE takes awhile to post if it even does it at all

overlays always take about 2 or 3 seconds to load, so I suggest using studio mode, select new scene, let it load then when it does it, hit transition

You can create an extra account with the name of the bot but you can also use your own account.
Pro of using your own is that when you are live, the bot can use sub-emotes but in this case make sure your offline timers don't use any.

The OAuth token is the key to your account, so it uses that to talk. If you give it the oauth for your main account, it will speak as you. Gotcha. Also when I do it the timer has random time increments. Like if I set it to 90 secs it goes from 90 to 67 to 45 to 22 secs. How do I fix this?

It's counting down, I believe it depends on what you set the timer to and then it does it at percentages of that time
The time they have to join can be modified but when it announces the countdown times can't be modified

I believe so, but there's also an option in xsplit to counter it, you just don't tick the 'keep source in memory' option

i think xsplit is betetr beuase you can hover over the source and it preloads it without clicking on so you dont get they black loading screen like obs

Hi! I tried to rename my chatbot to kozakabot. I did everything what is written in the "workaround" description, but it is not working at all. If I click on "TEST BOT" I get nothing back. Even other SE chatbot commands and responses are killed. But if I like rename my kozakabot to something else lik "disisnotworking" and I click on Test, an SE chat bot message will pop up. Sooo...what did I wrong? (Bot parted multiple times, also 1.4.3 Groundcontrol many times restarted)

๐ค I can not write to my channel with the bot. At least in bot chat I can see that I sent a message but it is not visible on my stream chat. I think I have to report this to Twich or even (but I think I did it before) send a request to allow messages from my bot....so register as a bot.
So I think, probably SE works as designed, but I have a Twitch problem.

i have found the issue - 2 [Ground Control} apps opened, 1 on top of the other and it was responding to each open app of the same.
closed 1 and got 1 response
