Hmmm... not sure if bug or feedback but it seems the bot cant do some things in chat like commands or whisper people. I'd like to do something like /w ${random.chatter} Hey Sexy. But it just prints it out on the screen. Also I tried to test with the bot saying !8ball and it just prints it out as well. Is this how it is supposed to run so I know where to post this? EDIT: Should add I'm trying to put these into a timer to make the bot seem more lively.

If its showing <deleted link> its a twitch setting that is enabled. If it worked with streamlabs, thats something that they have coded differently or something.
You will have to change the setting to delete hyperlinks in your twitch chat for it to function correctly.

@weary mist The solution I thought I came up with was unsuccessful, and I tried your suggestion for converting to .webm. It messed up the colors of the image, and still outputs with a green background (my animation contains green, so if I key, it needs to be blue).
I've tried exporting the animation as a GIF out of premiere with a chroma blue BG, adding it to SE, and then using chroma key on OBS for my alert box, but it distorts it, even at the best adjustment values.
To put it simply, I'm trying to figure out how streamers like Ninja, Anthony Kongphan, etc...have animated sub alerts with transparency.

Hi all, so i'm using a 2 computer setup atm.. My issue is my headphones are plugged into my gaming rig. So i don't hear notification sounds when i get follwers/donations/subs etc... I tried using an overlay link in my browser which works.. But then the viewers will hear the sounds twice. Once from obs (streaming rig) and again from browser(gaming rig w headphones). Does anyone have a solution for this? And/or a way to view history of "followers/don/sub" on my second screen?

So I was streaming today for the first time with stream elements, after moving across from stream labs. Everything worked great, but when someone redeemed an item in the store it would automatically deduct their points but not show any information within the ground control app. I had to ask the viewer what they had entered when redeeming an item (e.g. steam url). I have found the redemption information to be in the store setting on the website, but would it be possible to add in the viewer fields, and also accept/reject to ground control?

You should try working with having that ticked, it makes it so your overlays are not running in the background while you are not using them, and can reduce cpu usage too, I believe if you use studio mode you might get a better transition with no delay, i'll check though
Just tested, works with me 😄 If you are using studio mode you can load your overlay in the preview before you switch

Because for example, for donation ones, if you have a variation for 5 dollars and the volume is on max there, and the default donation alert is on 10%, and you get a 5 dollar donation, the max volume will play instead because of the variation

I have a question about the roulette bot.. We have it set to 50% chances of winning. Do you guys know if that is 50% chances of winning overall as a system or is that per user? Like can one person technically have an 80% chance of winning if they get lucky and catch the bot when it's handing losses on other users or does each person get a 50% chance of winning

Hey guys I am looking for someone with a really deep knowledge about OBS/Shadowplay. The problem is: when I stream using Shadowplay I have no lags in-game and my Stream looks Crisp clear. When I use OBS with the same settings my game lags and OBS can't hold 60fps using NVENC Encoding. Is this known? And if not is there any way to add Browser Source in Shadowplay?

The best way to do it is to make your overlay 1920 x 1080 in SE
then put it in obs at 1920 x 1080
