atm im using streamElements in OBS on my GamingPC, that is connected thru NDI, the stream works fine on Twitch aslong as i dont have any Browser sources active, coas when i active the browsersource linked to StreamElements my Stream start to lag like crazy, and as soon as i disable the Browersrc it goes back to run smoth again

I have no idea why that would be happenning, because essentially u have a one computer setup that's jacked as hell

maybe try lowering your bitrate

to say 3k

It really doesn't effect quality, but trying to load a 5k stream, while simultaneously casting an intensive one can take a toll on ur internet

causing a lag loop to cuase for you and your viewers

but my vieweres told me it was too mcuh

When you add a Sound Effect item through the store it only plays a sound, there is no visual alert with it

But you still need the Store Redemption widget because it is through this widget that the sound plays

ok, so I found a solution for the problem I mentioned in #welcome. apparently the TTS is tied with the alert sound (starts after the alert sound ends), and since I had it disabled, the TTS always started immediately after the alert showed. So I made a blank sound clip, put it as alert sound, and now TTS does not overlap the sound of the alert animation 😄

It appears the system is only triggered with new subscribers, but if people don't continue (especially common with Twitch Prime subs) it doesn't remove them from the quantity.

i have done a lot of testing on my issue with Overlay making stream lagg

i tryed it from my gaming PC, and came to this resault, IF i use x264 codec with overlay then it dosnt matter if i use 1000bitrate or 6000 bitrate, it wil still lag and CPU is only 70%, BUT if i change the codec to NVENC and run at 5000bitrate the stream dosnt lag with or without overlay

I'm having a hard time figuring this one out because your hardware is plenty capable and you're settings are fine except for maybe lowering the encoding preset to the default which is very fast

How are your CPU temps?

Maybe it's overheating and throttling itself?

In regards to custom bot name, if you use StreamElements as your main service for bot, overlay and tipping which you do then you should have the option in Ground Control within settings

Yea I have it enabled but when i test the bot it uses my name instead of the custom one I entered
