Hmm if i remove the browsersource from other scenes the double sounds are gone... weird because all SE sources are checked to be not visible when inactive

It has something to do with the new OBS. If i have 3 scenes or more with SE source in it the sound will double up. Even when "Shutdown source when not visible" is checked.

Twitch doesn't have a "notification system" for hosts (unlike follows, subs, raids, etc.) so the only way for StreamElements to know that you are being hosted is to connect through you to twitch. This connection is made on:

Hi, quick question in regards to overlays. Last time I tried using the overlay feature, it would move the text everytime someone donates/follows etc. is there a way to fix this? or is there anything in the works to fix this? Kind of annoying when your overlay text is off center

A lot of times the freezing isnt because of the but rate. It’s more because either your GPU or Your CPU are maxed out so it drops frames. If you were playing a PC game try reducing the quality of your graphics settings.

This is a massive hangup for my stream. I do music requests and use the stream store to handle it. I currently can't even see what's been most recently requested.

Not sure if this was covered already, but as of the last time I checked, to set up a viewer triggered soundboard, the bot has to respond and reroute the command to "!redeem sound." Is there a way, similar to what Branebot used to have, where people can just type a command and the sound will play, without the bot reciting a reroute?

IF you do everything in OBS, then you would have to carry your assets to every machine you want to stream from (TwitchCon, PAX, your gran's house, etc). With SE, its cloud based, so you will never lose the images, and have them readily available anywhere 😃

i see someone back in august asked about the Left Shark showing up still despite making changes to reaction gifs

i tried to remove Left Shark outright from all of them but doing a test notification for new sub still had him in there

Upgrading for free to a business account helps not only with your privacy, you also get better financial statements (if needed for the IRS) plus you regain partial seller protection which was removed April 2017 from Personal accounts. It's still not great fighting a chargeback, but atleast you got some ground to stand on.
