Ok so the last issue I noticed is in my dashboard, the statistics are stuck on a date from December, even if I go in and choose today's date and refresh it goes back to the previous date, is this a bug being worked on or am I doing something wrong?

Selecting December 27th will place that date on the far left

If you set it to today, it will pull today, and the next 30 days of data
If we put data there, we would get in trouble for peering into the future 😉
If you put in 12/27/17, that will be the far left column, then the next 30 days will be the 30 days leading up to today

Now that specifically would be an #💭︱feedback-and-ideas request. I think there is more updates coming to the stats that we provide, though I am not sure what kind of cool things we will show you. But for the moment, the dashboard is just designed to show you an overview of your previous information for the last 30 days. But I think having the option to change the data from monthly -> weekly -> daily would be nice

So i wanted to add an image slideshow to one of my overlays, but the fade in / fade out has a moment of black / green screen effect inbetween. During a fade in and out its about a second, even tho i have the time inbetween photos set to 0. Is this a limitation of the program? Because in OBS / Xsplit there is no gap between the pictures

The problem could possibly be no data. When you change the data, the date it looks at is based on the timezone that the servers are in, so it will be off depending on that. Let me check what your graph looks like from my end, ill DM you

We are working to get more browser compatability, we just have a lot on our plate right now. We have optimization for firefox and chrome actively being worked as they have the largest market share of usage. I would highly suggest using those, even for the limited time you would be using them. If you have issues with chrome, we can try to assist in sorting them out

@lament blade Right now, that isn't possible due to the limitation of the youtube API. We are only allowed a certain number of requests, and searching takes up a higher volumn of that (point system). It is akin to about 13 url requests. We had to disable searching so that everyone could have song requests, instead of it maxing half way through the day

For some odd reason stream elements overlays make my stream go from 60 fps to like 17, even non animated ones. Is there any way to fix this? My stream works completely fine without the overlays.

I'm having problems with my follower count. I just started using StreamElements and though I have 57 followers it is still set to 2, and when I emulate a follower event it jumps to weird numbers like up to 37 then next time down to 4. Any advice?

Issue. While emulating successive tips in the Overlay Editor I run into an issue where the animation and audio run out of sync. The first playthrough comes through fine, but the second one has the audio play before the animation starts. Both animation and audio clips are exactly 8 seconds long.
My question is there a way to prevent this de-sync from occurring?
Also, sometimes while emulating a successive tip the animation from the previous tip begins mid-loop.

I'm wondering if it's a CPU problem. I noticed that my CPU usage went up when I switched to stream elements, likely because of how I'm using it. I have 3 overlays (on different scenes) running at the same time.

For examlple, the SE superthemes don't inherintly increase cpu usage, but the animated movements and constantly having to re-render those areas creates toll, same thing if there are many overlays static. That's a good question as well ^

I downloaded the Legendary Animated LoL Overlay and for some reason the Follower/Donation/Subs dont appear on the top bar like they are shown in the preview. Is there a reason this might be?

Yeah, I've refreshed, completely quit out of it and gone back in, redownloaded a second copy of the overlay and its still not there. Theres no widgets except for the video widget for the whole top bar. They dont show up on OBS too.

All cheers go into you total amount payable by Twitch directly. Once you hit your minimum limit for payout, Twitch send you the money after the contracted amount of days your account is permitted.

For website issues, to confirm its a website issue, try the SE website on a different browser. Then try resetting your browser. SE working fine for me. So i think thats a local issue. But it may be an account problem if multiple browsers have the same problem for you.

You can use a photoshop type program to make your custom photo rotated then upload the edited rotated photo. But i am not aware of any options outside the animation settings to allow the pictures or gifs do anything else inside the editor.

@heavy pecan For a green screen you right click on OBS sources, Add, Filter, add an Effect Filter called Chroma Key, change the settings so that your green screen is invisible
@jaunty cave @lament blade Are you trying to change the animations of a specific alert or the alert box in general? It does show Animation settings before you go and start editing individual alerts but if you want to specific what animation a specific alert has you have to be editing that specific alert, and if it's a variation you have to be in Variation Settings editing that variation for it to change. We haven't changed anything in regards to this in quite some time so it should work accordingly 🤔

I already gave the right names the tips they gave - and also deleted the ones from anonymous from the tip list, yet it's still displaying anonymous as the top tipper.

I think I like the idea of giving the option to stay anonymous as long as there's a way to hide anonymous from being the top tipper - I refreshed the aggregates, and it removed anonymous - but has my #2 donator pop up instead of my #1 donator

Hey all, I am wanting to use/customize the Galactica Animated Overlay. In the preview window you see this: https://imgur.com/a/LfUtt which has all the different icons that I thought might come with the theme. But once I created the theme I don't see these or even as a hidden window? I noticed a few themes are like this and was just wondering if there is a place I could go to see the different icons

I've even removed and re-added the chat layer, did not fix, I duplicated my overlay and that fixed it until I saved the new overlay
weird, after deleting the chat widget, duplicating, and adding the chat box, it shows duplications on the overlay editor, but no longer in OBS

Is there any way of integrating a "cheer/donation goal" with the "simple design" used with the "follower goal" widget? I'm not a fan of the fillup bar style that the cheer/donation goal widgets have.

the widget is just named Total Followers. Ive tried deleting it and remaking it and still says 0

settings are default, no overlays showing, i cant even search for super themes/themes cause it says none are found
