While it's not a StreamElements related question I do know that if you can't invite somebody it means that they're still banned. Also, you can set links to never expire with a tick box instead of expiring if you didn't know that already.

@jade breach I wish I could help with this, but we only facilitate the connection of the payment. PayPal is who you would need to talk to about where the funds went. We do not touch them. I see the alerts came through, so paypal's API notified us that the tip was successful

The overlay extension is a nice concept but it doesn't work as well as one might think. It has limitations such as only 2 minigames with very little customization. It only works for users at a computer and the bot has to be running on a computer to be active. The SE bot is always active and nothing needs to be run on the computer.

Once you've done the relog it should work as intended, does it show you as logged in with your new account name in the top left? Also make sure that the bot is in your channel and modded ๐

I have a problem with sound in Streamelements. 2 things: 1. I added sound to the different events like when someone gives a follow or host or whatever. The image is there, but the sound that supposed to be there at the same time comes a couple of minutes later...somethimes it is there at the same time (it happend maybe 2 times or so). 2. I want to make it possible to add sound to a command. I made 2 sounds that I've put in the streamstore. In the chat commands I did $(redeem), after the word redeem I added the word that links to the sound. In the chat I get a message that someone redeemed the sound..but nothing happens after that.... Is there anyone who knows what I can do?? Thanks!

Well, my random as hell PUBG issue remains and it's making zero sense. Every game except PUBG and CoD:WWII is solid and doesn't stutter like crazy, wondering if it's an odd OBS bug or maybe a bug with something PUBG is doing. I'm not maxing out my resources, I upped the graphics on Project Cars 2 because it can really push a GPU and that had no problems..

Hey @wispy epoch I did speak with the devs about this and they said "CS:GO" works because that acronym is tied to the full name in the official twitch directory. Twitch hasn't done the same for PUBG yet (they really should). Apparently, the reason that moobot is able to search and fill like that is because they created and maintain a custom game directory. This is really a pain to do though because of games constantly being added and there are many different variations possible to shorten game names.
TL;DR - we'll have to wait for twitch to hopefully add PUBG as a shortened, searchable version of PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS

It does work, !quote will display all of the stream quotes, you can use !quote add/remove to add or remove a quote , It is pretty much uh.... Maybe funny things you say that you want to save it?

Basically you add a quote and it will give you the number of the quote. you can then use !quote <number> to show the quote. An upgraded quote system with a list on the dashboard will come in the future.

I've made some sounds that can be redeemed in the streamstore. I'm using Gameshow, but the sounds never work. So what I do is, open streamelements, overlay and then launch, so I have it in a window of firefox, where it does play the sound... and then in Gamshow, capture sound device.
THe thing is... when I enable TTS for donation allerts... this DOES work in gameshow, but then I have double sound because of the launched overlay in firefox.
Is there a way to get the sound redemeptions played in gameshow? So I don't have the double sound of the donations?

@deep parrot So, the chat lines have to be met within a certain timeframe for the timer to trigger (I think its 5 minutes?). If your chat is active enough, then what you have set will work fine. If it isn't, I would recommend to set it lower

currently, the times are stand alone, they just have some logic built in to stop it from super spamming

paypal worked and it accepted the money, I got auto-returned to the tipping page, and streamelements confirmed and said your payments went through
but I didn't receive an alert on stream, and the tip leaderboard on the tipping page still says no tips
