Yes that's normal, it requires us to make API calls to youtube and currently we have a limit on this which restricts us from making too many calls

I dont think theres a way to implement points into a command, but you could just do !bonus thenexx 300 after they do it.
Alternatively you could add an alias to !addpoints called !subgift, and then it would look like !subgift thenexxx 300
(!bonus is an alias of !addpoints)
Under loyalty settings, theres a subscriber bonus but I believe that gives to the the receiever of the sub, not the gifter.

If you only have one overlay and you're testing it with obs open, you're hearing it on the site and on OBS

Unfortunately, that sub event has come and gone and can't show in the activity feed after the fact. BUT, you can go to https://streamelements.com/dashboard/session and type the name of the latest subscriber so it will populate in the widget.
you can then reset your session from the activity feed to refresh your totals

Let me know if this helps. If this is still too much for your computer to handle while streaming, there are static options for all superthemes as well. They require less resources to run. Animated overlays look great but not all machines can handle them.

Hi I have this problem where some events like follows or hosts aren't detected at all by Streamelements, even if I check the dashboard (I know because it says in chat that someone hosted for example), usually during the first hour of my stream. What happens is the alert in the overlay doesn't show up. Is there anyway to fix that reliably?

@agile acorn Twitch doesn't have a "notification system" for hosts (unlike follows, subs, raids, etc.) so the only way for StreamElements to know that you are being hosted is to connect through you to twitch. This connection is made within the Activity Feed code. This code is on:

- SE Activity Feed page - https://streamelements.com/dashboard/activity
- Ground Control desktop app - https://streamelements.com/groundcontrol
So as long as you have 1 of those open during your streams you'll be fine ๐

My in game overlay is different from my brb scene.
