if you use $(count <name>), it will increment the count. Then you can have a secondary command $(getcount <name>), which will show the count without incrementing it

@sharp linden it does process them, but there is a known bug where after a time, or after you had a song request queue empty, it stops picking them up. A quick restart of the app will fix it

@white grail Supermoderator is the chat based permissions. If you want dashboard access, the person needs to generate a permissions link. You can see how you would do it by clicking on your name in the upper right, then going to channels. The person that wants you to manage their dashboard needs to generate a link based on the amount of control they want to give you

The new version is in development and will be integrated with SE to make everything work and also be more user friendly. It will also have some features never before seen in a mobile streaming app I would say for the time being try using another streaming app and there will surely be an announcement when the new app is available.

Heya! I have a bit of an issue with the website for a while now. Keeps freezing on chrome as well at on edge. At work it works fine on the chrome browser and I cannot put my finger on it to as why this is. Does anybody know a fix/trick to fix this? It's annoying to say the least

If the subs don't get their bonuses try clicking Part Channel on the dashboard, log out of the website, log back into the website and click Join Channel again. That's the thorough way of doing it, then check if they're getting their points after that (will take at least 10 minutes)

What is wrong with my syntax please. I can't seem to quite get a custom command for a specific user last seen and last active for a bot command. I'm looking at the variable list and can't quite figure out what I'm doing wrong.
@godofpotato1234 was last seen ${godofpotato1234.lastseen} ago and last active in Chat ${godofpotato.lastactive} ago. Their last Message was: ${godofpotato1234.lastmessage}

I see you can use user.lastseen, but how would I set user to be the same variable regardless? I'm sorry, I need coffee yet.
