@ripe herald Just wanted to point out a Slight Hick-up with the Text settings for the new Fortnite Theme that was released on the Animated.
Font is Black for the Starting Soon, BRB, Ending Stream (That I use)
Instead of White as a Default for the Font to a Black BackGround.
Across the entire Theme there is a Green Tab labeled = Blue
And out of the List of all the Icons I was sad not to see one for Player.me Logo ๐

Hello, all sorry I'm not very active on here. I understand if I can't have my question answered.
My problem:
My hype cup and alert box won't stay in position. I have to fix them every time I launch xsplit. They will stay fine for the duration of a stream once I fix them, but when I close everything down and start back up, everything will be moved away from the correct position. I'm so confused ๐ฆ

Hey guys! Is there a trick to changing the sound percents on alerts? For me, the sound bar is in the same spot as the change sound/clear sound options so I have the worst time configuring it.
Also my gift subscriber settings seem to be broke? I've configured it twice and saved/exit the overlay editor. When I come back, it's blank again.

You mean the volume level? That bar can be a bit iffy if you use a browser other than Chrome
The second thing could also be down to the browser you're using too, try with Chrome ๐

Yeah, Firefox is good but the site has been developed for Chrome mainly due to the high userbase of Chrome and the fact that OBS' browoser source plugin uses Chromium

hey i have 2 problems: i ve imported settings from streamlabs long ago, everything works apart from cheers it just does the standard bling sound + image even though ive imported a different sound + image. even when manually changing + saving it in the imported overlay it just wont work it shows the correct things in overlay but brings out standard pic + bling sound. also raid alert wont work at all after adding + saving it looks correct in settings when testing nothing shows up . everything else works like a charm without issues . thx in advance for the help

So Iโm adding and changing things to my Alert box and decided to have raid alerts activated. However, when I try to test it I canโt get the alert to trigger when I hit the emulate raid button.๐ค usually when shit doesnโt work, itโs the user fault not the software...so what am I doing wrong?

Whenever I use the songrequest webpage, the site 'reloads' (it doesn't litterally reload, but everything on the site freezes, turns white and then loads properly), which causes some delay if I'm going to add songs to the queue via that site. Hi, I have a 4 overlays each one in a different scene in OBS (same profile), when I have an alert all scenes make sounds. It's posible make only that in use trigger the alert ?

Yes, what you need to do is right click on each of the overlays in your OBS, click on Properties for each one, and tick 'shutdown source when not visible' for each one
If you don't do this they are all left open and this happens, also uses up more CPU unnecessarily because overlays are loaded that you're not using at that moment, so this is worth doing. You'll likely notice that it may take some seconds for you to switch between the overlays after doing that, but you can either add a fade transition with a few seconds set or use Studio mode to pre-load scenes before switching to them, giving them time to load ๐

Follower Count counts up 1 when you gain one (no effect if you lose one), Total Followers pulls your live follower count from Twitch around every couple of minutes

Right, I understand now. So basically we made it so you no longer need to put !redeem in the command to redeem an item from the store, people wanted to be able to redeem sounds from the store without having to type !redeem <item name> every time
This message on the page explains it well: "You can now do this for store items with our newly added $redeem variable
If the item name is 'SFX' the command on chat to add the !sfx command would be:
!cmd add !sfx $(redeem SFX)"

OBS Classic hasn't been updated or supported by the developers for over a year so if that is the case I'd insist on you switching to OBS Studio

Having an issue and don't know if it is OBS or with SE? I will have the starting stream image open and then when I click to show the game the overlay reloads and then the image gets frammy and I have to restart OBS to get a non stuttering image. Thoughts?

Hey everyone I have a question if anyone is able to help me :D. Since the theme of my stream is Inuyasha aka an anime I wanted to set up where when people subscriber to me they can pick what side of the fight they are on. Either Naraku's or Inuyasha's and then with a higher tier of sub they can pick their name and their choice of abilities. So later on they can fight eachother in a minigame, is there in any bot I can set this up for my subscribers? I know its kind of weird but I think it would be interactive and fun for my subs ๐ so any help would be great

@fallen skiff When the person who's resubbing clicks on Share on Twitch it shares their resub in the Twitch chat, that share message specifies how many months they've been subbed for, using that data we can tell how many months they've been subbed for and therefore when you set the variation up to be for resubs of over x amount of months, using that data I mentioned before we can determine which variation to trigger

One thing that's worth remembering, tick the option 'shutdown source when not visible' for each of the overlays you add, otherwise you can have the sounds for all of them go off at once
If you forget to do this when you're making them, simply right click on them, click on properties then you can do it there, then click Okay
