I am having troubles with the amazing Hype cup ๐ ...the cheer items are not appearing on the screen - When someone cheers in the channel - as well as in the editor - it only shows the message, but not the cheer thingy (purple crystal) so there is nothing falling down the cup ...anyone knows how to fix it?

hey guys! Overlay is back up but the only bug I'm noticing is that it isn't counting my total subs (under data widget) - shows {count} but not the actual number. Not sure if anyone else is having the issue/reporting the same.

Same thing happened earlier to someone else, if you go to your Widget Data and then refresh your sub data, that fixed it for them

Soo. In order for us to get host alert information at all, you have to have either a browser tab open with the activity feed, or our ground control app open while streaming.

Both do the same thing (show activity feed) - one is just a desktop app rather than a page. Ground Control also has built in song request stuff, and is being improved as we move forward

I'm having an issue getting the 'bounce' setting to update. It's WAY too bouncy for me..I love most of my follow items. Is it the bounce setting, or do I need to change the weights of the items? Hmm..it seems to only be during the initial load with my followers that have been added..the bouncing is too high..all test ones are fine. So it only shows 2-3 follows in the cup rather than the a ctual number..oh well.

@vale ember The 'Sub Count' widget counts up when you get one but the 'Total Subscriber' widget pulls the actual number from Twitch ๐ there's 2 different widgets with 2 different purposes, you need the Total Subscribers one for the number of subscribers you currently have
