Hi! I am getting since weeks problems with the SE web page. It loads after a click like only after 30-60 seconds...or more. Not always works like this, but many times. Last time I had this problem, and could not really create and start a giveaway. But the worst thing was, that somehow, I clicked two times on the start and not only one, rather than two giveaway were started. This was quite anoying, as some viewers bought tickets for the giveaway 1 but others to the second. On Web page I saw only one giweaway. So I refounded this. And the most anoying part was, that the guys, who bought ticket for this (like for 20000 points) get the points back 2 times!!!! (40000 according to the example). An the other one I thought that I refound, but there I could click on refound about 8 times....so in chat I saw 8 times: "giveaway refounded...". I will add the log file to see what happened exactly.

@wanton sluice I've heard that too. But my 1070 is a strix oc from asus, and before that I had 2 gtx 760 in SLI, and they were custom OC. They ran for 5 years without any issues

While I'm here, I noticed that some of the overlays (I'm looking at the Black Gold-Start Theme now) show a chat box on the top left, and a window for the facecam below it. When I launch the editor there is not box for the webcam. Am I missing something? It has happened with a few other premades in the past as well.

Back to the Alerts widget. I'm trying to use the black gold theme. I deleted all of my previous themes I had saved. I also removed the uploaded sounds from the variations. Somehow it is still playing the custom sound I had put in. Its showing that I have no custom variations set, and the file is not in my uploads anymore.

I figured it out I think. I had to close out of OBS and restart it, for some reason it was still pulling the old data from the previous overlay.

No actually @serene granite confirmed they weren't able to do alerts for the extralife widget because extralife api doesn't support team id. I was just advising @weary mist because he said he would look into it and do some testing

Yeah so if you donate by the team page and don't select a member it goes to the general ID and I thought that it might trigger the personal ID alert confirmed it didn't
So for the alerts people have to donate through the personal page and not the team page which will still add to the team goal

Unless I'm missing something, it doesn't look like a general donation can be made to a team. They are made to an individual which can then be applied to a team goal if that person is a member of a team.

multi-raffle will pick up to 4 winners if enough entered and the amount of points specified is split amonst the winners
You can also use !sraffle or !raffle and the raffle will begin with the default point and time settings entered on the modules page

hey peggz, so with Dashboard access being released, we had to make some changes on how the site would register hosts (twitch is weird about it) so we dont want to be leaking secrets, the only way to currently capture hosts is to have the Activity page open, or our ground control app open.

You're doing everything correctly. I don't know what could be causing this but I know there are multiple factors in play with this type of integration where we're polling a 3rd party's API. We report the information that we receive from them. Is this happening a lot? Do you have any donor names or other details that we can use to troubleshoot?
I know they're under heavy load with all of the donations coming in which can cause all kinds of weird things to happen

I just asked a yes or no question, lol. If you had to re-log in to see the "Subs Today" box and the "Cheers" box on the dashboard, then that is why those subs are not showing. We currently run with the TwitchAPI, where SL has the new Webhooks. They have had those for quite a while, which gives them quite the advantage
the api only "announces" a sub once, and if we miss it, we can't get that information again. its crap, but what we currently have to deal with

My twitch account was connected to streamelements, I only disconnected/reconnected because I was told to previously for troubleshooting. Other sites (streamlabs for example), see the subs showing up.

@soft sierra Here is what I have done. I have taken as much information as I have been able to fine (troubleshooting is necessary to help pinpoint where things are going wrong), and forwarded it over to the Dev. At this point, you are the only one reporting the issue, so I am at a loss as to why those subs where not reported. Hopefully the dev will be able to find out more information, and let me know as soon as possible. Be aware, it is a weekend, so I cant guarrentee a fast turn around on this one, but I will push the best I can.

@thick zealot you need the overlay which has the alert box active in your OBS if that's what you mean, if it is then try refreshing the cache in the properties of the overlay browser source first of all

Is there any way to change the starting amount of a follower goal? It says I have 42, which is I assume the number I have gotten since I starter using SE but I actually have 258. Follower goal looks kinda stupid with the real number right up top =p

@final stream if you are in the overlay editor, click data (next to widgets), then go to the goals tab. The other way is through activity feed, then widget data, then goals tab

if what you want to remove is one layer then you can remove it

Trust me ive done all that. It seems the only way it works is having it open but muted and havin chef.bootstrap running in task manager
