I was seeing if someone could help me. I made a basic overlay yesterday under "Themes" and I liked it so much I attepmpted 2 Super Themes. I was able to modify and it looks amazing! But it wont work with PUBG or any steram games. (it was the PUBG Super Theme and Blue Flare). Only the game or the overlay will appear, but not at the same time. I have the steam games set as a "Capture Specific Window" on OBS. The regular "theme" works fine. Am I missing something?

My internet connection is supposed to be 60 down and 20 up but my computer and xbox are getting like 13-20 down and 11 up. I can have the hardwired or on wifi makes not difference. @high junco twitch pushed a weird update about a week ago that made it difficult for bots to leave channels. This seems to be happening with Nightbot a bit aswell, we are aware of the issue and will resolve it shortly. The bot shouldn't reply to any commands or any of that matter.

@blissful sand This is planned. To fix that, you can create 2 overlays : one with your alertbox and store redemption widget, and one with everything else. Shutdown the "alert" overlay when not visible (in the properties) and leave the other overlay always active. This way, your cup won't be unloaded and will always keep its content

IN regards to subs not appearing, I've certainly found that it's the subber that needs to do more, they need to sub, then refresh the page, and then Share the sub at the top of the chat box. I've had to do that for @tulip pecan 's stream - who runs SE like a champ!
And on the Beta twitch site, there are no prompts on having to do that, like the default site had

In my experience @wanton sluice - yes, I'll try remember next time I sub if it's prime or $ - what is required, but I thoght it was orginially for automatic subscription, to announce your anniversary when you see the stream next - but then I found out at least on Beta, that new sub needed the same steps.
I've also disabled Beta, the panels for me are super helpful

Hello. I am running stream elements in my channel. I am using the song request feature. What i want it to do is take chat currency from a person when they request a song. I do have it set in the bot settings to take 500 points when someone requests a song, but it does not take the points.

@long dome if you go into your settings for song requests, on the bottom right, there is a box, "User Levels the limits don't apply to", change that to something other than everyone. What you are saying with it at "everyone" is that anyone at that level or higher doesn't have to adhere to the limits, which includes the point cost

Hi, the tips I have received through the streamelements interface doesn't seem to be communicating with the overlays.
For example, even though I have received the paypal, it doesn't show up on the tip page, nor do the overlays recognize it when I add a widget for "most recent tip", "tip goal," etc

Ground control is basically a desktop activity feed and Playlist/song request manager until more features are added. But it helps minimize Cpu and ram usage from having another chrome tab open

it won't use more resources since the alert overlay loads graphics only when an alert is fired

@sullen oyster We are using twitch API, which requires subs to be shared in order to appear. Some alerts providers have access to a beta feature called webhooks that allows them to see any alert even if subs aren't shared. Once Twitch makes it available to everyone, we'll use it too

Or if it's say a prime sub and they chose not to share their prime subs in their Twitch settings then it's possible it won't get shared, but that's down to them choose that option, there's not much we can do about that

It's normal for browser sources to load this way. They are a webpage. Use a fade transition or studio mode so that the overlays aren't loading on the stream.
