Guys I think/hope I found a problem when I was getting my stream overlay disappearing with no reason. If I am right then I think that there were wrong property settings in my network adapters (I'm using 2 ISP's) . What's the interesting part that I found that out when I just wanted to try out other stream apps which couldn't load at all but stream elements loaded perfectly. So 1:0 SE wins!

Set the browser source to 1920x1080 and hit save or whatever. Then ctrl+f and it will fit to your screen @grizzled sail

as long as league is in a 16:9 aspect ratio, it should fit

make sure you are doing window capture, or game capture, otherwise desktop capture could make it a little off

Hey @south shale, that is most likely an issue with gamewisp. While we have the connection, their API has a frequent problem of not working. It is either down, or just not responding. It makes things difficult for us 😦

hi all ! I ve just tried to link streamlabs and streamelements for overlay button . but my key jwt doesn't work ... any help ? perhaps it's normal at this moment ? I'm a new user for this service

So, the only thing that will do is import your points, there is no link between us and them. The JWT should work fine, we haven't made any changes to stop it from importing to StreamLabs. You can try to refresh the tokens, just make sure you are copying the whole thing, and there are no spaces on the ends. As an aside, just remember when switching to SL, you alienate your mobile viewers (40-50% of twitch users), and have few controls over your loyalty points, redemptions, and the integration between chat commands and loyalty stops (SL does not have any sort of chat bot)

Hello @everyone I was wondering what the workaround is for Streamers emotes, not showing up in a command? I am working on adding a new emote that Twitch just approved for a friends stream. when i add the command its just text no emote? any suggestions? or is it a bug?

The bot can only use twitch subscriber emotes if subscribed (naturally). Unfortunately, twitch only allows partnered streamers to give free subscriptions to their bots. Affiliates don't get this benefit.

So, unless the streamer is partnered there isn't a way to do this

Hey, my Stream elements overlay isn't updating the latest "new donation" and top donation has "no data found" - I came from Streamlabs, what can i do to get these to update correctly?

and the top donation is probably defaulting to the session, so you can change that from session, weekly, monthly, and all time

So what I want to do is try and setup a chat related counter. Like, a word counter. Basically when someone types "!command", I want my overlay to change according to that command. Is that possible? I figured more than likely it isn't, but I thought I could ask/request it

@green solar you can do it via chat using the ${count} variable, and the output of the command will be incremented anytime the command is used, but you can't do it on your overlay. But if I recall correctly, it has already been requested. Check our ideas board (link in the #💭︱feedback-and-ideas channel description) and upvote it if it's there

mostly its an OBS caching thing. I recommend using studio mode so you can switch to the scene, wait for it to load, then transistion, then turn off the scene. That can all be done through hotkeys too

studio mode shows you the currently active scene on the right, and a preview of the scene you choose on the left. you can use that to pull up a scene, let it load, then transistion to that scene

just make sure once you have it transitioned, switch to a blank scene, as any overlays in the preview are considered "Visible"

so i converted my 8 second clip to webm, uploaded to my sub alert in the change video section. it is showing there and playing. but when i emulate, it is just the regular alert image.

and while i am at it, i would actually prefer to keep the alert image and just have the video play right about it

I tried playing music from songrequest earlier in a test stream. It sounded fine in my headset but when I played back the stream I could barely hear it. Volume is all the way turned up on the songrequest page. What could I be doing wrong?

Depends on how your audio is set up through your stream. Songrequests are just played through youtube
