Did you add the Store Redemption widget to your Overlay in the Overlay Manager yet? you'll need that for the Stream Perk redemptions, the sound redemptions won't show any alert though because they just simply play a sound, but still need the Sound Redemption widget for both to work

It's possible that the alert box import didn't work in that case, you can try again with just the alerts import, just be careful not to import anything else or it may duplicate some things

@deep rivet If you go to https://streamelements.com/dashboard/bot/commands/default and then click on the pencil to edit the !duel command you can add a command alias which will allow you to have !poke to trigger the same command, then you can go to Modules, edit the Duel module and change the messages it says to match your new theme

Session data automatically resets 15 minutes post stream. All events that occur off-stream will be accumulated towards your next stream.
If it isnt automatically doing it theres a reset session button under the data tab at the top of the overlay editor -> session data

For the songrequest widget, is there a way to display the songs from the back up playlist? It displays the songs my followers request from youtube just fine, but as soon as the queue is empty and it goes to the back up songs, nothing is displayed. I'm not sure if I'm just missing something...

Interesting find here. On the twitch app, I can see the preview thumbnail displaying what I'm streaming using the stream elements overlay, but when I go to watch it, nothing but black.
Earlier it was mentioned it has something to do with it being a browser source

so when I use the Event Simulator it works exactly like it should. It's just that no bodies host is showing up in my feed even though I do have the Host box checked. And now that I think about it, this happened right around when i got affiliate and moved to 2fa if that matters at all?

Try logging out of the site and then logging back in, something could have changed when you became affiliate or set up 2fa

Sound effect is just a sound (still need the Store Redemption widget on the overlay for it to play the sound, no alert shows for this), Stream Perk is a custom reward which often has to be manually triggered by the streamer once bought, hence the alert to notify the streamer that it's been redeemed ๐

context - when i imported my alert box from streamlabs, and then added it to OBS, when i went to resize, the font would stay large and cut off

@zealous kestrel when you create an overlay it has a 1080p resolution by default, when you add your overlay as a browsersource, set its size at 1920x1080, if you need to resize it, do it on the overlay editor, not on OBS

@silk rover It doesn't display the backup songs for a good reason. For us to be able to get the information, we have to send a request via the youtube API to get the information. That is similar to using the search song function (by name), which is around 100pts. We had to deactivate that for regular song requests alone because youtube gives us a limit of 1mil points per day (around 10k song requests at that cost), and I know my backup playlist is 200 songs on its own. So we don't pull the song info yet for the backup list, though we are working with youtube on integration for streaming, and we are hoping that the increase in limit will allow us to be able to get the backup playlist onto the now playing widget

But if the person does not alert, then the API does not notify
which is what we listen for
you sub count will increase accrodingly (every 2 minutes while live), but the apert boxes use the API for grabbing Sub information

by default, people's subs alert. But there is a check box they can click to make it not alert

couple reasons. 1. Takes having a backend that keeps track of all that information 2. Beta, so haven't had the time to build such a backend (been in open beta 4 monthsish). 3. https://streamelements.helprace.com/s1-general/ideas is the link to submit ideas, and have people upvote. I can't remember if its already there, but that is where they look for the next features to add. 4. They are hard pushing for youtube and dashboard access for moderators, so that is where their focus is 5. I hope it gets added, mainly for a sub list ๐
