Ive been having some issues with SE editor. When I would edit say my sub alerts. I would go to change the image that would be used. When I close the window that allows me to choose say the image or sound. The lefthand bar becomes unresponsive. So I found I needed to click in the green overlay section to get the menu to return to the layer selection. Then I can return to editing and the menu is responsive again.
Not sure if this is somehting anyone else has encountered or if its just my borwser. Im running it under Firefox V55

With our platform you do because SE was built around Chromium which is a major feature that OBS uses for browser sources. The only way for 100% of it to work is Firefox to adapt it.

It's not possible. It's set to 100 because the bot also rewards for each $1 . Equivalent amounts

How does one simply position their alerts and have them appear in different areas seperately? For example, I'd like to have follows appear at one end, while subs go elsewhere and donations in the middle. I attempted to add more then one widget, but when I went to edit them all, Nothing changed. As I attempted to have each widget for the 3 different sections, they would all change at the same time. What I mean by that is this. I have 3 widgets for seperate alerts. If I were to uncheck follows for one, all the widgets uncheck follows. How do I prevent that so that I can postion my alerts?

If you uncheck on one alertbox, when you select another you can change settings independently

Sometimes it's best to select layers by clicking on the layer in the bottom left of the editor as opposed to in the editor. This is because a layer on top will always be selected if you are trying to click one below it for instance

Not sure about this, but I think that the currency is just for display purposes. Since it goes through paypal, the conversion happens on their side, not ours

Keep in mind that SE is still in beta and we have only been around for less than a year or so. If you compare what we have done in that timeframe and what streamlabs or other competitors have achieved in almost a decade, imagine what SE can be in a year or 2. Sure we have some missing features and we need to tweak some stuff, but we are completely free, we offer a lot and we are very active update wise. Also, overlays might not seem very important for you, but a lot of small streamers don't want to spend time and money on fancy designs. having premade but still customizable overlays is always a good thing, and it's made but a single person, it's not capitalizing every other devs time
anyway, once styler is available, he will look into your tip issue, and maybe you'll finally have a flawless experience. Fingers crossed

SL has set up an import using our API. You are able to get the loyalty that way. Just keep in mind a few things. 1. Loyalty in SL is only available for desktop viewers. All mobile users will not be able to do ANYTHING with loyalty. 2. We are working on extensions, so keep an eye out for that. 3. Your viewers will also lose the ability to see any sort of leaderboard to compare points. 4. Many other things that would take too long to list

Im using Streamlabs for donations, but wanted to switch right... but i've "recently" (3 months ago) switched currencies on streamlabs... from DKK to Euro,, but the import on SE tips shows a mixed amount where the DKK is not converted to Euros..
But the currency on SE is set to euros,, but its not converting all the DKK donations from streamlabs to Euros when importing
So the total amount of euros pr donator is totally wrong.. because its a mix of DKK and Euro amounts.

The issue is that the total amount of a person is a mix between euros and DKK
So if a person did a donation DKK 80 and then did Euro 20 ,, it says that he donated 100 Euro
Streamlabs would converts de 80 DKK to euro (or whatever your set currency is) and then add them together as the total for that user.

Sometimes personal information (email, address, phone #) is required of the redeemer for certain perks and the streamer wouldn't want this to accidentally show up on their stream

The themes are 1920x1080 resolution
you can select it in OBS and use ctrl + F to fit it to the canvas
But it will be a bit distorted because of stretching
If you make custom overlay with SE you can make them a custom size like 2560x1440

Hey peeps, I have a weird (issue?)
I have an uploaded image for a subscriber notification, but when testing and implementing it, it still shows the default shark vid
But, it only shows the shark for resub events
If I manually select a single sub, it shows correctly.
