You can't manually change it with the new sessions system, just resetting should work.
The numbers might be wrong in the session but the widget should display the correct one.

Because, as you can see in #270206314561404928 we made a new sessions system. Resetting your session is suppose to force sync everything back.

I have two different overlays, one for each game I play, so that the music and gif that plays when someone follows matches the game that's being played. In OBS I have two different scenes for each game with the corresponding overlay source. However, when I get the notification of someone following, I'm getting the sound from both overlays playing at the same time. And no, I don't have streamelements open in a browser. Anybody know what's going on?

So with the loyalty system, is "all time" unaltered by gambling? For example, if someone brand new to the channel shows up and gets 1 loyalty point in the first 10 minutes of hanging out and then goes on a huge win streak with gambling and somehow ends the night with 100 loyalty points... their current loyalty is 100 but their all time loyalty will be just the 1 (or whatever low number it would be based on how long they stayed in the stream)?

@midnight plaza It's worth noting that there's a Subscriber count widget and a Total subscribers widget. If you used the widget before the update then you will have used Subscriber count, the new one is Total subscribers which is meant to occasionally pull the data from Twitch's API to keep it accurate and updated opposed to counting up through events like the Subscriber count does

@novel wolf there's a lot of variations you can make. Go to the overlay manager, choose the overlay, select the alertbox and click settings near tipping. On the left menu scroll and find variations.

Is there a way to have one kappagen widget respond to getting a sub and another just to a mod typing the kappagen command with a specific emote?
Basically I want my custom emote in an emotesplosion just when someone subs. Then I'd like for my mods to be able to set off kappagen with something like PJSalt to get that emote

Hello, I just started to use this for my streams and I absolutely love it, but instead of using streamelements bot for song request I have to use another because it doesn't just use YouTube Titles like other bots, your bot has to see a link in order for the song to be requested, but in the commands it says that a video titles could make the song be requested, is there anyway to fix this or will this be fixed anytime soon?

since we are working on youtube integration at the same time, we have to be careful with how much the youtube calls work for chat and alerts from them

Newest sub and newest follower are cleared when the session is reset. The devs are aware and are currently working on this. Activity feed shows only up to 300 events right now. I'm unsure when/if this will be increased.

I think that has to do with the fact that it is a webbased application, and chrome does the same thing when window captured

If your latest follower and lastest subscriber are not showing, you can replay the alerts in activity feed or ground control
Do this while your widgets are open and it will add the names back in. Temporary fix

hey so Im having some issues with cheers. A memeber of my chat cheered me during a stream, and the bits showed up in the chat, but not in my alert box or even my events list on my dashboard
I have alerts enabled pretty much with just default settings for cheers.

Hi there, I've used streamelements overlays for Recent Follers and it worked fine before. I login into the overlay editor 20 minutes ago and the Recent Followers widget's not working. I can still emulate subcribers tho, but emulating followers also did not update the Recent Follower widget.
Any ideas?

@lunar portal You may need to reset your session, then the next follower you get after that should show

@tight harness yes, it's in Activity Feed > Reset Session right? I did the full reset and issue still persists
Other tries (still no success) are resizing widget, changing font/animation/speed

Hi, I'm having some issues with my overlay - my sub goal is incorrect for some reason. It was 4/10 for a while... then it reset to 0/10... then 2 new subs happen and now it states 2/10... 😦 How do i fix this??? Help plz 😉

does the animated overlay takes much performence? For some reason I linked into my OBS and the preview is really laggy 😮 I have an i7 -4500U 1.8GHz Processor. I would like to use the animated themes but I am not sure :/ If the preview shows that hardcore lag what happen about the realy connection? 😄

@pulsar solstice they aren't supposed to take a lot of performance, but the animated ones can be too taxing for mobiles
try a non animated one and see how it goes
also, be sure you're marking all browser source to be shutdown when inactive

@pulsar solstice yeah a laptop CPU running at 1.8GHz isn't enough. you need a beefy comp to run animated overlays, as OBS as to render multiple videos files at the same time

All my stats like followers and subs plus donations are gone. Is something happened with the server? I know how to set followers back, but the donate? I have this:

@silk patrol I am using Streamlabs as Tiping Service and have imported a list to SE. Do I have to use the SE Donation link to have the alert box by SE or can i still use the Streamlabs link and the alerts still pop up with SE alerts?

@pulsar solstice StreamLabs and StreamElements are 2 differents entities. you need to use our donation service in order to get donations alerts

It only shows so many last events, so if you've had say many followers, hosts, etc since the last sub then it'll not show that anymore
That's why it's referred to as Recent events 😄

@silk patrol Do I have a default playist for songrequest? I do not want always to request in chat. Like NightBot Playlist if you start SR it automaticaly play your playlist until someone request. Is it possible to import the NightBot Playlist to SE?

@pulsar solstice You can use a youtube playlist as a backup, and it will be played if the song request queue is empty. make sure the video player is visible or only the first song will be played

I can't seem to get the recent followers to work, I used to have a list of the recent followers that scrolled across the top of my overlay but it doesnt disply anything now, any ideas?
