alright my follows show up. what i have is my widget that says most recent follower as well as a little message in chat thanking them for the follow. now my sub alert is what is not working. i got one last night and my widget did not count it as well as the stats not taking it into account as well. the animation i have that pops up for it is on stream labs(not for long though i am putting the animations on my elements right now) so im wondering if it might just be a bug or did i possibly set the widget up wrong?

Because it uses a list of your chatters to know who to reward with the points, when that list of chatters is having problems on Twitch's end (as it is currently) then the loyalty system can't give points at that time ๐ฆ

@wise patrol Yes, when you create the command and you're setting the 'User Level' set it to Moderator or Super Moderator depending on who you want to be able to use it, of course Super Moderators will be able to do basic Moderator commands too

Hi there, sorry for bothering you guys but it seems that some of the widgets (Twitch chat and Kappagen) don't appear on my screen. I've tried deleting them and reapplying it and creating a new overlay but it's an issue across all of my overlays. I currently have bots and myself in there and I would like to remove them without having to reset everyone elses points. I was looking for an export import option that may allow me to modify an excel sheet but I've come up short.

I mean i have a small channel 10 to 15 viewers and its not always the case people bet on win and lose. Sometimes people bet on win with 3 people. @stuck hamlet well I was able to import my currency from ankhbot. It's actually not too hard. You export to Google cloud from ankhbot, that will make a document you can open in Google sheets. Copy the sheet and paste in a new file. Download as csv and import using Revlo import.

The basic point import isn't broken. They could either wipe all time leaders or just copy the points column in the Google sheets to the hours column and go from there

Are you redeeming in chat or online? If online, after you click Buy Now it opens a window with the description before you confirm the actual purchase with another click. If you're doing it this way, SE is optimized for Chrome.

Hello there, i'm running into a problem: when i'm trying to emulate alerts (no matter which alert it is) in the overlay editor, nothing happen (following the guide, except that I left the default sound / animation). Also when new people were following me on live stream today, the chat bot picked it up but still no annimation on my overlay whatsoever, i'm trying to find solution but i cannot, so i need your help support gods: D
