So I found two bugs. First one is sometimes when viewers request a song, they get added 18.000 points instead of paying 2000 for it. The second bug I found was today when I was setting up overlays to show when I open Bets. I start the bets but the overlay stays empty. Only if I click on the overlay manager the overlay starts to appear on my stream. Thanks in advance!

@fair delta for the first one, its probably because you have something higher than 100 in the subscriber discount field in Song Requests. That is a percentage, so anything over 100 would be giving them points back. As for the second one, make sure to hit save in the overlay editor, exit the editor, and in OBS, make it refresh the cache. The best way to see if it is working properly, is to "Launch" the overlay from the manager, which will bring it up into a browser window, then launch your contest. If it appears in the browser, but not in OBS, it is an OBS bug

it should, yes. But I am not sure if it is something up with OBS or on our end. Contests pop up fine on my end, but I have issues with my overlay freezing in OBS occationally, and I have no idea why that is. A quick off and on and its back

I found that if I go to my giveaway page, I am able to buy 1 ticket at a time for free. I have the "First ticket is free!" feature on as well. Could that be the issue? Edit: So I looked at my point total and it is going down (as expected when normally purchasing tickets). I now know that this is only a display issue in the giveeaway ticket box that displays the wrong point value when purchasing tickets. Namely, where it says "Total: [number] {points}" underneath the number of tickets one wants to purchase.

I've never used other bots for leveling so can't comment on that, sorry! If you're interested in the levels, subscribers are 250, regulars are 300, mods are 500, and supermods are 1k. Those correspond to the user level of commands @potent hedge .

There is no "leveling up" per se. The levels are what you want them to be 😃
Like if you want to promote them to mod you can add them as a moderator on the site or with the !level command but that's about it, just the basic everyone, sub, regular, mod, supermod levels.

- OBS, the most commonly used broadcasting software (because it is free), uses chromium for its browser sources, so we know the overlays will work in it

I think money just comes if your able to grow a community that enjoys what you do. Think of MrGrimmz that plays PUBG. He was just a normal streamer before PUBG with a couple 100 viewers and like 500 subs. Now he gets 10-15k viewers and has 10k+ subs. This will play that list when there are no song requests in the queue. Make sure to keep the video open, as there is a bug with the player that causes it to only play the first song if you hide it.

Nope. All the tips are from Stream Elements themselves. Now, I did correct someone's name, because it showed as Anonymous, and he said he put his name down. And the other one, the guy changed his name, so I updated it, so both tips got credited to the same person.

This may have been answered previously but if it was I couldnt find it. Is there any way or is it possibly in the works (if you can discuss of course) for the loyalty and song requests systems to have interactive video player functionality like the stream labs loyalty beta does. If you want an alert for $4.20 then put the amount to 4.20, but if somebody does say $4.23 it'll still do the $4.20 chat alert, not too sure how much sense that'd make 😛

@still hornet Modules while you're offline yes, you can either mute the bot after you go offline or turn the modules off but they can not gain points by lurking after you're offline

I would like to report bug with Aliasis in commands. I used ALIAS "mysong" in custom commands. Same alias is used by default command !when. My custom command didnt activate the function of the alias and it only wrote his message.

Right now, that can be accomplished with SE however it would not be automated as it was with revlo.
You would create the "double points" item in the stream store and set up the item redemption widget in the overlay so you get alerted when someone purchases it. When they do, you can quickly double the loyalty points by going to https://streamelements.com/dashboard/loyalty and adjusting the amount of points per 10 minutes and click save. Then after 15 minutes, you change it back to the normal amount.

Certainly not as easy as Revlo had set up but it's a workaround for the time being
