Still can't get any of my images to show up with the redemption unless I upload one in the widget directly. Only shows the stock "present' image when I redeem. I do have all of the redemptions set to show an image. I'll try again another time as I'm at a loss as to what else to try.

Problem solved (I think) for me. I went into obs studio and right clicked on my source for streamelements and scrolled down to the button that says "refresh cache of current page". Once I clicked on that all of my images seem to populate now. Just wanted to post this in case someone else could benefit from it.

When i have created a playlist in YT and paste the URL in setting in songrequest i only get to hear the first song in that playlist. It will not go to the next song after the first one. Please help

@thorny agate There's a known bug in the embedded YT player that prevents more than one track being played if the video is hidden. If you show the video and refresh, it will play properly

Styler - Last Tuesday at 6:04 PM So youtube's API works in a very special way. We get allocated 1m points to spend every single day. (capped at 16m a month)
Searching a song costs us ~100 points, meanwhile direct urls only cost 7. We currently have so many people using songrequest that we had to disable the search feature until we can get these limits increased.

@valid charm supermod has more access to commands. you can see additional commands for them under default commands. You can also create commands that only they can access. In the future, they will have accesss to make changes for you in the dashboard

- With respects to reward redemptions, someone attempted to redeem an item requiring personal information. As per "Step 3" of creating a reward in dashboard, there is an option to specify "Additional Requirements? (For example: Enter home address, Enter e-mail address, Enter Phone no. etc)".
What I didn't know was that this information would be displayed in chat. As far as I understood, all viewers would be able to see this information (rather than just me), if the redeemer chose to follow that format to redeem the award (i.e. !redeem <reward name> <personal-info>).
I'm not sure what this can be changed to, but definitely not show personal information (or other info) with the "requirements" argument.
- In the "Loyalty Settings" page, remove the option for cheer bonuses as it's against acceptable use policies

that much we have gotten, though twitch can change that at any time. Just be careful about what you do
as for the first part, if people redeem in chat, yes, it would show up. But if they redeem through the store ( i suggest not making these things redeemable through chat) it will not display for everyone to see

that happens a lot. If you want to use KappaGen, you have to add it on your overlays, it's a widget just like the alertbox. But be aware that's it can be quite CPU intensive. Don't use big emotes or a high number, and I strongly suggest the Bubbles animation.

@proud pumice basically because 1) I'm a habit-person and don't like changes 2) my viewers don't want me to switch bots, especially nightbot 3) I don't wanna set up everything again, switching from revlo to here only with points already took me days and most importantly 4) if something goes wrong, only a little part of the stream is affected. I had SE shut down for a few minutes randomly already, not responding to any commands. Wasn't an issue because songs still played on nightbot and alerts still came from Streamlabs. It's no problem, every bot has an issue every now and then. I've had it happen with all my bots, but keeping it seperate ensures that never the entire system is gonna break down but always just a little part
@proud pumice also because I was only searching for a revlo-replacement from the start. I never had the intention of getting a bot for anything more than points and giveaways ^^

@final isle there are various widgets for tips for the overlays, as well as the leaderboard on the actual tipping page. Some people have been having issues of a user showing up multiple times. I've managed to fix my issues by deleting and reimporting. No way i know of to export yet.

@final isle Duplicates can be due to not enabling "force user to log in to tip". If you force users to log in, tips will be group by twitch names, if you don't, SE has no way to group them

Check all your settings for each channel. If you want a text channel for announcements you can make it read only for instance. With voice you can have people be able to join or not if you want a room for mods only for instance -don't forget to set roles if you want to use those- and give some people the ability to move people betwixt rooms they have access to.

I've also had to reset the session too.
PayPal e-mails don't import and if i edit the tips show up again and get added on. I also typed a name wrong and it showed up on my tipping page leaderboard so that's why i wanted to redo the tips stuff. Not going to edit the tips anymore.
But now it's only showing the more recent tips and not one from over a year ago. Oh well.

yeah i have an idea to fix mine i just need to delete over 1,000 tip entries one by one. also activated the login portion to now force users to login which hopefully should help with the leaderboard being accurate
