Hey guys. Previously Nanito and another was helping a stream I mod for www.twitch.com/dreadsss and we were messing with the timers and it worked. But I set it to the settings we want and it's currently not working. I have chat lines set to 30 to activate it and then 75 minute intervals but we've surpassed those settings and it still hasn't triggered. Any ideas?

i only say I wouldn't be surprised because timers is relatively new and the devs might not have been able to sort the bugs out. But I know some folks had issues with custom commands not working, and parting/rejoining solved that so it's worth a shot! haha. please let me know if it works

Any reason I get double playing of Subs/Donations animations on my overlay? I start from a brand new overlay, I add Alertbox (everything default), I hit "Save". Then I hit the "Event Emulator" and "Emulate follower event" or "Emulate tip event" and it plays sound and animation twice.

I will say in the few months we've been trouble shooting, we've never not been able to solve the duplicate sound issue by either a) ensuring that the tab/overlay manager in your browser window has audio muted or b) ensuring that there isn't a scene running sound accidentally in OBS

if it's still running the audio in OBS and those setting are selected, I would gather that's OBS having a ministroke and not the bot

because OBS shouldn't be letting that sound come through twice

@here @everyone So i just finished setting up my rewards store and the browser source overlay for store redemption alerts. problem is, the sound goes off for every scene i have the alerts in. so i end up with a triple echo of the alert noise. I have "shutdown source when not visible" checked as well.
