I just asked the question in general. The reason is because of the increased traffic due to E3 twitch's servers aren't able to keep up. It's on twitch's side and should hopefully resolve soon.

I'm working with both stream elements and phantom bot right now trying to find the perfect sweet spot for full control and creativity, the stream elements loyalty system does not keep track of online or offline status for currency I believe. That was my bad, but possible future suggestion??
Also as a suggestion, move the DB for currency somewhere that Streamers can access from other Bots if possible so custom scripting Games and Features can interact with the loyalty point system. Until then I can't use the in house Points on Stream Elements

@worn pivot from what i've understood (but I might be wrong) : you are guessing it right, the timer will start once the chat lines requirement is met. then it will be fired every x minutes. there is a 1 minute delay between timers to avoid flood. the thing is, if you set one to 30 minutes and one to 60 minutes, only the 30 minutes timers will be sent because at 60 minutes both will reached their requirements (30 minutes *2). what i've done is set them apart. so my first timer is at 5 minutes, then 12 minutes so the first one can be sent again after 10 minutes and won't interfere with the second one, then another one at 17 minutes, then 26, etc. then you can set the chat lines for all of them at the value you want so it won't start spamming until people are actually speaking

i was trying to find a solution to @tender heath asking about a command being called to edit a different command response. His request was about command 1 displays text about the current level of a character. Command 2 is called and contains an integer. When command 2 is called, it will automatically change the text in command 1 with the new level/integer to be displayed when command 1 is called again. I have done this using the read/write to file method used in another bot - Command 1 read from file the level of the character. and my Command 2 will overwrite that file.

a couple of bug reports-
1.) when someone tries to use one of the gamble functions but doesn't bet the minimum, it invokes the cooldown even though they didnt gamble
2.) contest is looking good, but the points pool that is displayed on the overlay is bigger than the actual points
